House looks big but how they going to run the electricity, all I see is cement walls and floor. I guess laos have their own ways building house than in STATES here.
The house has no insulations, no vapor barrier around the outside walls and would not meet the US building code, but it would still look nice and much cheaper to build.
@@ntauzaug9595 building codes are for each region of climate, Laos is a hot country and most people do the 'living', outside the home, for the most part, after they come home from work or business, if you can see laos people go outside their house and chit chat with their neighbors and friends, sitting outside the house in the shades of trees or under their wooden 2nd floor house, which is the main floor.

Lao people love big house and big cars. Everyone drive SUV or truck in Laos.
I love all the windows that will be in place. Lots of natural sunlight coming in.
Labor laws over there is different. Same as in Thailand. People don't work 8 to 5 or 9 to 5. They work until it's done.
That’s a beautiful home. Cnt wait to see the finish look. How much would u say the house cost in Laos?
Everyone wants to move back to the motherland. My parents move back to Laos in 2018. They build a house in Vientiane.
