People fail to realize that you don’t touch utensils or other things with your gloved hands . Your gloved hands need to be clean gloves to mix the food . Cross contamination happens when you touch other things then use that same hand to mix your clean food

I just don't understand why a celebration of Pi Mai did not happen on the same date.
Because everyone has a different schedule/agenda throughout the state. Technically, Lao new year is Sat, Apr 13, 2024 - Tue, Apr 16, 2024. Thai Songkran, Sat, Apr 13, 2024 - Mon, Apr 15, 2024. Since we are on Lao time, the celebration will stretch for the entire months of April and May.
@@vanhkeoprasert8111 America is so big that's it's hard and expensive to travel to attend one big new year celebration so it makes sense to have many celebrations across the US in different states on different dates to make it convenient for Lao all across the US. I don't get why this is so hard for some to understand lol
Laos Cuisine is always fire.. the lao sausages, papaya salad, Namkhao fried rice balls, and Jeow Bong.. Laab beef raw and Mok pa.. If anyone got those dishes correctly and properly. they know how to make good Lao food.
