After building this in UKN sandbox btw, I gotta say that it's bigger than I expected, so maybe is worth for a zerg in early wipe, other than that, I don't know if it is too efficient for a small group. I think its better space optimizing to just place 2 small bases of 2 furnaces each, not a matter of materials but space, sir.
Yeah i usually use the 2 furnace design because I play mostly duo or trio, but ig you have 2+ farmers in a 6+ man group this might be worth. All depends on the situation
i solved the problem of that little area in the middle.u just need to build roofs facing the inside from that 4 triangles that you putted in that giant circle and you can use for 2 refinerys and 3 large boxes

People who criticise this video are fucking kids, period. Use your brain before typing please, because this guy put effort in making a video and uploading it. Let's just say the average player can't build smartly so I appreciate this video as a 4k hour player, that in the first place. Then, I'd also like to tell to all the people aswell who are commenting below having no clue, that this base is good when you don't want to waste materials in two bases of two furnaces, you can put 4 in 1, which saves time and materials, why not... In the last place I'd also want to say that this base is highly efficient in an early wipe when you have BP's of the large furnace and wanna race against other players to compete against them, time is gold, and if you could get that sulfur/metal before them is always great, besides, it's anti-grubs, and you don't need turrets to be securing your loot or being paranoid of a minicopter tryingg to sneak into the compound while ur roaming. Good video pal. Even if you have a compound aswell, sometimes placing the large furnaces inside these bases and these bases inside the compound is not bad idea at all, but I believe these players they ain't that good at this game thats why they have such a closed mind about your video.
@@caleb1579we had over 6 furnaces in our comp but it was high walled and turrets on. So no need. This would come in good when solo or just to show off lol. It looks freakin awesome
i like the base but the tc is pretty easy to get to, the roof is pretty much a 2 c4 and if you decide to armor it, it will just show where the tc is at unless you decide to armor both sides but at that point its just a guessing game
i mean, you could just metal it tim. yall are putting way to much thought into this... if you have enough resources to build this and put it to work wouldn't you put up a compound walls? its not just gonna be wam bam thankyou mam especially when they dont know where tc is. like he says you can place it wherever you want
@@stewartpidazzo3003 i mean think of it tho if someone decides, hey lets raid the furnace base they might have some more resources for us to use on raiding the main base, it might really come to that conclusion but yea i guess your right, it aint really much to think of it now since at that point its a furnace base and it will prob be out of reasources by when its done, unless you decided to keep it up all night.

@@caleb1579 i use the 2 furnace design every wipe on vanilla as a trio, so any small group could pull this off

Can't you soft side the roof parts in the middle? Not sure if roofs have soft sides though.
I don't think its possible, either way I don't recommend storing much loot in furnace bases because they are commonly raided
