I love lemon water but as a dental professional.. I cringe at the encouragement without warning about the effects it will have on the teeth. It is straight acid and can definitely cause decay and acid erosion over time. Please drink in one sitting and not sipping throughout the day. There is a 20min acid attack with every sip. Sipping more, more acid attacks. Swish with plain water AFTER drinking the lemon water. Raises the pH of the mouth. But most importantly, DO NOT brush your teeth for 30min after drinking it. Same with ACV!

I have 4 autoimmune deseases, lupus, RA, thyroid desease and neuro sarcoidosis. I suffered for 25 years going from doc to doc (my rheumatologist was at the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville) trying to figure it out. I tried everything, nothing worked...not one thing could save off the constant flare ups. In 2020, i went all in on correcting my microbiome and eliminate processed foods. I started with my gut, Then stopped processed foods, I felt so much better I gave up sugar, I lost 135 pounds without even trying... it was absolutely amazing. I was on 24 prescription drugs at one point, I am down to 2 for blood pressure and the Synthroid hormone. It absolutely is a lot! Don't think of it in terms of numbers, but in volume. Look up what a pound of fat looks like. I promise you will not look at the number on the scale the same ever again. That said, if it weren't for smart scales, I would probably still be stressing over the numbers - particularly because I seem to hover over the same 5lbs a week or so before the next cycle of loss starts. Every ounce closer to your goal is a victory!💪

8 months is no time to get pg.be patient, and in the meantime, do your research to make sure everything else is in order healthwise. Things for the man too. @makeupchickmakeup1511 hi. If I can I start earlier in the day and make my last meal lower carb (no pasta plates). Then break it after the 3rd night. I drink plenty of water with salt and lemon. When i get hungry I drink more water or ride it out because the feeling does pass in a short time, or go for a walk. If I'm just craving food out of boredom I just tell myself I can have it later. I usually feel full of energy, feel clear mentally, and sleep amazingly. At 3 and 4 days I literally can feel my body burning fat!! When I break the fast I sip on bone broth with salt and lime and eat an egg or half an avocado an hour or so before a regular meal. I've been eating a regular meal and going back into another fast and my blood sugar does not spike and I stay in moderate ketosis (even after carbs). Best wishes. If it starts out hard for you, work up to 3 days, it really is like a muscle in that it gets easier. And if you're doing it for weight loss when you see the scale drop that's a great reward.
I make ginger/lemon/apple cider vinegar ice cubes and throw them in water or soda water throughout the day, can barely taste the apple cider and it’s become a joyful part of my day, never thought I’d look forward to apple cider, yes it will always stink but I’m starting to love the taste, try it!
All good about lemon water and ACV, but I work in dental and I have seen a big amount of patients getting interproximal (in between teeth) bc of the constant consumption of lemon water. Sipping on lemon water though out the day brings the acidity in out mouths to a level that starts breaking down enamel. So, it is important to tell people to drink it all at once.

I have successfully made fasting a lifestyle. I fast four or five days a week and feast the rest. I have noticed my Microbiome has changed to such a degree that I crave the things that I break my fast with such as avocado, sweet potato, egg, bok choy, and other vegetables. I am also not as hungry on my feast days so I eat less. I lost 20 pounds initially and I maintain my current weight even when I do a little bit of cheating with chocolate and pasta. It is worth the struggle in the first part of the journey. My body loves this.
I do intermittent fasting five days a week. My fasting window is anywhere from 16 to 24 hours. I hover around 17 to 18 hours. I try to get a 24 hour fasting once a month, I don’t always succeed and a 20 hour fast twice a month. I’m not only interested in weight loss. I am also interested in a topology. Hello I’m 63 I started watching what I eat after I got sick from eating sausage cheese and egg on white bun Sunday. The next day my body felt awful. I think I reach the capacity for processed foods, I had a very poor diet white castles, French fries , cheese burger , fried chicken, if it’s bad I ate it, Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. After the way my body felt this past Monday I decided enough is enough. Monday I ate two boiled eggs plenty of water and green tea cucumber and a zucchini stir fried in coconut oil. Tuesday I ate a salad without dressing and drank a lot of water. Wed I had a small tomato and cucumber and a nice amount of organic greens. That was Wednesday . Also lemon water. Also been drinking a lot of green tea. I’m on my 50th hour of water fast and I drink blueberry tea ,I weighted I’ve lost 6 pounds since I started Monday. I had a lot of support when I was eating and drinking the wrong things but no one is encouraging . I kept it from people I know because it’s always , oh eat what you want , you do this you deserve to be happy , or something to appease me. How ever I haven’t told any one because the first thing they say is that’s dangerous. But when I’m eating fried chicken and hamburgers that’s fine. I k know ow it’s not fine , I fast during Ramadan. But I breakfast with the worst foods possible. I thank god for someone who promotes the benefits of fasting . The Quran 2:183 says fasting is best for you if you but knew . After the experience I had I don’t want any more processed foods I took all the boxed foods and steak and store bought dressings soda and all the crap and gave to people who don’t care about eating process food the Klondike bars and mixed nuts will oils. Going to who foods and buy raw nuts and nothing with a bar code. Thank you for your knowledge and encouragement.
Finally something worked!! Because honestly, most things don't work for me. Actually, I believe intermittent fasting works, but it makes me feel very weak and messed up instead of energized and amazing, so I'm back to snacking till bedtime out of sheer frustration! Anyway, the thing that really worked (and I didn't believe it would because this stuff actually bloats me), but the apple cider vinegar in water killed the sugar craving that I was JUST having!! This is the craving that makes me snack all night. I can't believe the craving just went away! THANK YOU!! I hope I'm not counting my chickens, but if this really keeps working, it's really going to save my evenings! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
In addition to organic lemon juice, I add an equal amt of organic tart cherry juice (both available from Lakewood) to my drinking water, which creates a beautiful color. I've not used Dr Mindy's protocol but, summer '22 to summer '23 I lost 30kg by doing keto for 6 weeks at a time and losing 10kg each time. Since summer '23 I have gained back 20kg. It is my mindset and relationship to food I need to change. I am ready to heal my body and regain my health.
You can do it, you're still down 10k. I would focus on intermittent fasting and consuming some veg first at every meal and any carbs last. Eliminate seed oil, snacks and as much sugar as possible.
How many carbs do you eat when you stop fasting? 1 molecule of carbohydrate attracts 4 molecules of water. What we lose then put back on is mostly water weight.
I was on Metformin for weight loss and did lose 25 lbs, but then it stalled. I maintained that for 1 years then I discovered fasting and Dr.Mindy. I have lost 15 additional pounds and feel great! I’ve lost 20 pounds since January. In January I tried the Whole 30 diet which changed my relationship with sugar and made me aware of foods my body didn’t like. Then I started fasting. I did my first 24 hour fast Tuesday and it was hard but I followed her tips and got it done! Fasting has made a difference in my eczema and my life. One thing so many people forget is coffee needs to be freshly roasted!!! Especially darker roasts the oils on coffee become rancid after about 6 weeks of the roasted date! Many people have upset stomach from coffee because of rancid oils and it doesn’t get talked about nearly enough! We roast specialty grade coffee, tested for molds, some organic OR sourced right to the farm of origin. Date roasted stamped right on the front of the bag. Careful with grocery store coffee it can be roasted 3-6 months before you even buy it!
I veered away from taking the ACV but I found it helps lower blood sugar and gets me into ketosis faster. I’m going to go back to it. I have removed 14 pounds since beginning to fast, its taken 70 days. I still have 40 more pounds to go. Thanks Dr. Mindy for all your excellent info. ❤
I have been so ignorant to adding the lemon and apple cider vinegar back into my daily regimen. It hits home to me right watching this as you talk about the cravings. Just last night I was craving chocolate. I haven’t craved that in a while. I’m adding it back in my diet first thing tomorrow morning.
I'm so glad you touched on lemon water. When I read your book last year I cut it out of my morning routine because I thought it was going to take me out of a fasted state. I started IF and low carb diet in January and till now I have lost 13kgs. My HBA1C came down from 6.4 to 5.2. I am not Pre diabetic anymore. I feel great , less inflammation and pain. I am taking medication for adenomyosis (harmonal imbalance) from last 5 years and still get heavy periods with stabbing pain. I am hoping that this changed lifestyle will heal my harmones also eventually.

I use a lot of different spices to power up my teas and coffees. Even in my miso broth. My body just feels cleaner in general and my digestion better. I also splash a lot of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar on my food in general. It makes my smaller meals more satisfying. I've also developed a taste for red pepper flakes and hot sauce! 😊

Mindy you said no more than 20g of cream protien in your morning coffee in order to not break fast. So you said only a little splash of cream. But a full cup of heavy cream has less than 5g protien. I drink a LOT of good a2 cream and am trying to figure out what's real here.

I absolutely love drinking lemon water but after I found out that one lemon has 3.7g net carbs I stopped drinking it. If one lemon has nearly 4g net carbs don't you have to be careful how much lemon you drink during a fast and also when on a ketogenic diet? I could easily drink the juice of half a lemon in one cup of water.
I’m no expert, but I think Dr. Mindy recommends a Ketobiotic diet which is 50 carbs. So the low carbs in the lemon seem well worth the many benefits it provides.

Autophagy is the recoined term autolysis which is mentioned in health literature as far back as the 60s, most referencing fasting. Love that this old info is making its rounds again but with so much research that was not available back then. ❤

Warm lemon water with one teaspoon of honey first thing in the morning and nothing to eat for half an hour is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. Most of the people do it in India. This has numerous benefits, which include loss of weight and regular bowel movements. Intermittent fasting is also an ancient Ayurvedic practice ! So happy to see it spreading around the World ! By the way for the Dentist who is worried about the enamel of teeth, Indians have minimal cavities and have exceptionally good teeth despite of using lemon water. M.D.
One day I drank 64 oz of water. I ended up in the hospital and they told me I was dehydrated? I hadn't done any manual labor. I barely sweated. I found out that I was lacking one of the basic components that allow water into cells: saline. The others are chloride, potassium and magnesium and even calcium. So water is great but you have to make sure that you've got these four components. Otherwise you're just drowning yourself.
While on water fast that's just what happened to me but I also got severe muscle spasms in my legs. Now I put a little Celtic salt in my mouth before I drink the water. Rarely get cramps now!

I drink a cup of salt and water when I first get up in the morning and I'm telling you it has helped with any bloating and just seems to clean me out. Haven't heard you mention salt water but herded in another video.
I do the AVC water with a touch of pink Himalayan salt each morning…I feel the salt tames the bitterness of the ACV and nowadays I look forward to my refreshing morning water routine!

Hi Dr. Mindy , i'm over 300lbs, have a life history of diets loose and gain all the time, but i do find the fasting change me. For last 6 weeks i have cut totally the carb,processed foods, bread have always been my hardest not to consume. But i have been clean doing most of days 16 hours -21 hours, but last thursday decided to do 36 hours..that went ok and i manage up to 42 hours, break the fast with home made bone broth, waited then have my meal. But i have increased my protein, i'm eating 5 eggs a day, plus any other meat, so i believe i'm really over 20g of protein, but this have helped me control the cravings, and i have lost 22lb in last 6 weeks. Did not want to throw away 2 pounds of organic grass fed beef that started smelling like rotten eggs. Mixed it with ACV and the spoiled smell started disappearing until it was completely gone and then cooked it. Six people ate a whole beef patty and noone got sick.
Sweet flavor profiles can cause a spike in blood glucose. Make the best choices you can based on your unique goals and needs. As with anything consider source and quality. Some people have GI distress with some sugar substitutes like stevia especially if you have a ragweed allergy, it can also be a hormone disrupter and not recommended if you have autoimmune issues.
I have recently started dry fasting each night. So nothing to drink in the morning until after I eat. Ends up being approx 16 hrs dry fasting daily - from approx 7 PM to 11 AM . So far, it appears my weight loss has increased, I feel great, and I don't get up as much in the middle of night.

I've recently started drinking warm lemon water and adding some acv. I've cut coffee and have reduced sugar intake in this time and have honestly never felt better. It took about 5 days to get over the headaches and cravings. I will heed the warnings over acid decay though and will drink in one sitting and rinse properly afterwards. Making sure to wait before brushing teeth.
Drinks have become so important for me since starting a fasting life style - I now grind organic, freshly roasted, single origin coffee beans and then use to drip brewing method to make black coffee with no sugar or milk (will try to add MCT in the future) roughly 2 hours after waking up, first thing in the morning apple cider vinegar + electrolytes (LMNT) + lemon and lime slices + sparkling water + ice, camomile tea + magnesium bisglycinate before bed … game changer
Feasting days I have ceremonial grade matcha + Oat milk, and green powder + water. I don’t add any sugar to any of these drinks and it’s a far cry from what I used to add to my drinks last year.

I have 4 autoimmune deseases, lupus, RA, thyroid desease and neuro sarcoidosis. I suffered for 25 years going from doc to doc (my rheumatologist was at the Mayo Clinic Jacksonville) trying to figure it out. I tried everything, nothing worked...not one thing could save off the constant flare ups. In 2020, i went all in on correcting my microbiome and eliminate processed foods. I started with my gut, Then stopped processed foods, I felt so much better I gave up sugar, I lost 135 pounds without even trying... it was absolutely amazing. It absolutely is a lot! Don't think of it in terms of numbers, but in volume. Look up what a pound of fat looks like. I promise you will not look at the number on the scale the same ever again.
That said, if it weren't for smart scales, I would probably still be stressing over the numbers - particularly because I seem to hover over the same 5lbs a week or so before the next cycle of loss starts.

@makeupchickmakeup1511 hi. If I can I start earlier in the day and make my last meal lower carb (no pasta plates). Then break it after the 3rd night. I drink plenty of water with salt and lemon. When i get hungry I drink more water or ride it out because the feeling does pass in a short time, or go for a walk. If I'm just craving food out of boredom I just tell myself I can have it later. I usually feel full of energy, feel clear mentally, and sleep amazingly. At 3 and 4 days I literally can feel my body burning fat!! When I break the fast I sip on bone broth with salt and lime and eat an egg or half an avocado an hour or so before a regular meal. I've been eating a regular meal and going back into another fast and my blood sugar does not spike and I stay in moderate ketosis (even after carbs). Best wishes.
If it starts out hard for you, work up to 3 days, it really is like a muscle in that it gets easier. And if you're doing it for weight loss when you see the scale drop that's a great reward.
But do you go to work during the period of that fast, cooking for a family and doing or you everyday duties?
I make ginger/lemon/apple cider vinegar ice cubes and throw them in water or soda water throughout the day, can barely taste the apple cider and it’s become a joyful part of my day, never thought I’d look forward to apple cider, yes it will always stink but I’m starting to love the taste, try it!

All good about lemon water and ACV, but I work in dental and I have seen a big amount of patients getting interproximal (in between teeth) bc of the constant consumption of lemon water.
Sipping on lemon water though out the day brings the acidity in out mouths to a level that starts breaking down enamel. So, it is important to tell people to drink it all at once.

I have successfully made fasting a lifestyle. I fast four or five days a week and feast the rest. I have noticed my Microbiome has changed to such a degree that I crave the things that I break my fast with such as avocado, sweet potato, egg, bok choy, and other vegetables. I am also not as hungry on my feast days so I eat less. I lost 20 pounds initially and I maintain my current weight even when I do a little bit of cheating with chocolate and pasta. It is worth the struggle in the first part of the journey. My body loves this.

I do intermittent fasting five days a week. My fasting window is anywhere from 16 to 24 hours. I hover around 17 to 18 hours. I try to get a 24 hour fasting once a month, I don’t always succeed and a 20 hour fast twice a month. I’m not only interested in weight loss. I am also interested in a topology. I want Max cell renewal in my 58-year-old body ha ha I wish you well.😊

Hello I’m 63 I started watching what I eat after I got sick from eating sausage cheese and egg on white bun Sunday. The next day my body felt awful. I think I reach the capacity for processed foods, I had a very poor diet white castles, French fries , cheese burger , fried chicken, if it’s bad I ate it, Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. After the way my body felt this past Monday I decided enough is enough. Monday I ate two boiled eggs plenty of water and green tea cucumber and a zucchini stir fried in coconut oil. Tuesday I ate a salad without dressing and drank a lot of water. Wed I had a small tomato and cucumber and a nice amount of organic greens. That was Wednesday . Also lemon water. Also been drinking a lot of green tea. I’m on my 50th hour of water fast and I drink blueberry tea ,I weighted I’ve lost 6 pounds since I started Monday. I had a lot of support when I was eating and drinking the wrong things but no one is encouraging . I kept it from people I know because it’s always , oh eat what you want , you do this you deserve to be happy , or something to appease me. How ever I haven’t told any one because the first thing they say is that’s dangerous. But when I’m eating fried chicken and hamburgers that’s fine. I k know ow it’s not fine , I fast during Ramadan. But I breakfast with the worst foods possible. I thank god for someone who promotes the benefits of fasting . The Quran 2:183 says fasting is best for you if you but knew . After the experience I had I don’t want any more processed foods I took all the boxed foods and steak and store bought dressings soda and all the crap and gave to people who don’t care about eating process food the Klondike bars and mixed nuts will oils. Going to who foods and buy raw nuts and nothing with a bar code. Thank you for your knowledge and encouragement.

Finally something worked!! Because honestly, most things don't work for me. Actually, I believe intermittent fasting works, but it makes me feel very weak and messed up instead of energized and amazing, so I'm back to snacking till bedtime out of sheer frustration!
Anyway, the thing that really worked (and I didn't believe it would because this stuff actually bloats me), but the apple cider vinegar in water killed the sugar craving that I was JUST having!! This is the craving that makes me snack all night. I can't believe the craving just went away! THANK YOU!! I hope I'm not counting my chickens, but if this really keeps working, it's really going to save my evenings! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

In addition to organic lemon juice, I add an equal amt of organic tart cherry juice (both available from Lakewood) to my drinking water, which creates a beautiful color. Both tart cherries & lemons are good sources of polyphenols, but differ in the specific types - tart cherries are particularly rich in anthocyanins, while lemons are rich in flavanones.🍋+🍒 = ❤

I've not used Dr Mindy's protocol but, summer '22 to summer '23 I lost 30kg by doing keto for 6 weeks at a time and losing 10kg each time. Since summer '23 I have gained back 20kg. It is my mindset and relationship to food I need to change. I am ready to heal my body and regain my health.
You can do it, you're still down 10k. I would focus on intermittent fasting and consuming some veg first at every meal and any carbs last. Eliminate seed oil, snacks and as much sugar as possible.
How many carbs do you eat when you stop fasting? 1 molecule of carbohydrate attracts 4 molecules of water. What we lose then put back on is mostly water weight.
I was on Metformin for weight loss and did lose 25 lbs, but then it stalled. I maintained that for 1 years then I discovered fasting and Dr.Mindy. I have lost 15 additional pounds and feel great! This is my new lifestyle. I do 5-1-1 as I'm 65 and in menopause. I like these autophagy hacks. I do a long fast weekly and vary that from 24, 36, and 48 hours. My standard M-F fast is 18/6. One thing so many people forget is coffee needs to be freshly roasted!!! Especially darker roasts the oils on coffee become rancid after about 6 weeks of the roasted date!
Many people have upset stomach from coffee because of rancid oils and it doesn’t get talked about nearly enough!
We roast specialty grade coffee, tested for molds, some organic OR sourced right to the farm of origin. Date roasted stamped right on the front of the bag.
Careful with grocery store coffee it can be roasted 3-6 months before you even buy it!

I started IF and low carb diet in January and till now I have lost 13kgs. My HBA1C came down from 6.4 to 5.2. I am not Pre diabetic anymore. I feel great , less inflammation and pain. I am taking medication for adenomyosis (harmonal imbalance) from last 5 years and still get heavy periods with stabbing pain. I am hoping that this changed lifestyle will heal my harmones also eventually.

Mindy you said no more than 20g of cream protien in your morning coffee in order to not break fast. So you said only a little splash of cream. But a full cup of heavy cream has less than 5g protien. I drink a LOT of good a2 cream and am trying to figure out what's real here.

I absolutely love drinking lemon water but after I found out that one lemon has 3.7g net carbs I stopped drinking it. If one lemon has nearly 4g net carbs don't you have to be careful how much lemon you drink during a fast and also when on a ketogenic diet? I could easily drink the juice of half a lemon in one cup of water.

I’m no expert, but I think Dr. Mindy recommends a Ketobiotic diet which is 50 carbs. So the low carbs in the lemon seem well worth the many benefits it provides.
I like to add organic green tea (no sugar) to my lemon and cider mix instead of just plain water. Gives an added antioxidant boost!

Thank you for the info. I've lost 20 pounds in two months. I'm 34 and I've always struggled with loosing weight, high cholesterol, and pre-diabetes. Fasting has been the easiest way to lose weight that it feels unreal. Looking forward to my next blood work and seeing those numbers go down.

I have lost 35 lbs since late October/ early November. Feom 198 to 163. I am 60, and I vary my fasts on weekends to 24 and then sometimes no fast to trick my system.

Autophagy is the recoined term autolysis which is mentioned in health literature as far back as the 60s, most referencing fasting. Love that this old info is making its rounds again but with so much research that was not available back then. ❤

I am learning so much from your videos and I am so thankful I found you. However....I get very discouraged when I still see videos and read articles that talk about how missing meals is not healthy for the body. I love my fasting lifestyle (thanks to you). I was able to do my first 36 hour fast recently.
Warm lemon water with one teaspoon of honey first thing in the morning and nothing to eat for half an hour is an ancient Ayurvedic practice. Most of the people do it in India. This has numerous benefits, which include loss of weight and regular bowel movements. Intermittent fasting is also an ancient Ayurvedic practice ! So happy to see it spreading around the World ! By the way for the Dentist who is worried about the enamel of teeth, Indians have minimal cavities and have exceptionally good teeth despite of using lemon water. M.D.
One day I drank 64 oz of water. I ended up in the hospital and they told me I was dehydrated? I hadn't done any manual labor. I barely sweated.
I found out that I was lacking one of the basic components that allow water into cells: saline. The others are chloride, potassium and magnesium and even calcium.
So water is great but you have to make sure that you've got these four components. Otherwise you're just drowning yourself.
I drink coconut water these days it has the minerals. All the bottled and tape water is dead 💀 and I never felt hydrated.

Always add a punch of sea salt .. for trace minerals.
Otherwise all that water will wash out the minerals in your body …
While on water fast that's just what happened to me but I also got severe muscle spasms in my legs. Now I put a little Celtic salt in my mouth before I drink the water. Rarely get cramps now!

I drink a cup of salt and water when I first get up in the morning and I'm telling you it has helped with any bloating and just seems to clean me out. Haven't heard you mention salt water but herded in another video.

Hi Dr. Mindy , i'm over 300lbs, have a life history of diets loose and gain all the time, but i do find the fasting change me.
For last 6 weeks i have cut totally the carb,processed foods, bread have always been my hardest not to consume. But i have been clean doing most of days 16 hours -21 hours, but last thursday decided to do 36 hours..that went ok and i manage up to 42 hours, break the fast with home made bone broth, waited then have my meal.
But i have increased my protein, i'm eating 5 eggs a day, plus any other meat, so i believe i'm really over 20g of protein, but this have helped me control the cravings, and i have lost 22lb in last 6 weeks.
Please could you help me really how much i'm suppose to have?

Did not want to throw away 2 pounds of organic grass fed beef that started smelling like rotten eggs. Mixed it with ACV and the spoiled smell started disappearing until it was completely gone and then cooked it. Six people ate a whole beef patty and noone got sick.
Put stevia in the ACV and water, stevia has a 0 glycimic index so it doesnt effect the fast butvit sweetens the ACV and water
It may take you out of a fasted state however.
Sweet flavor profiles can cause a spike in blood glucose. Make the best choices you can based on your unique goals and needs. As with anything consider source and quality. Some people have GI distress with some sugar substitutes like stevia especially if you have a ragweed allergy, it can also be a hormone disrupter and not recommended if you have autoimmune issues.

I have recently started dry fasting each night. So nothing to drink in the morning until after I eat. Ends up being approx 16 hrs dry fasting daily - from approx 7 PM to 11 AM . So far, it appears my weight loss has increased, I feel great, and I don't get up as much in the middle of night.

I've recently started drinking warm lemon water and adding some acv. I've cut coffee and have reduced sugar intake in this time and have honestly never felt better. It took about 5 days to get over the headaches and cravings. I will heed the warnings over acid decay though and will drink in one sitting and rinse properly afterwards. Making sure to wait before brushing teeth.

Drinks have become so important for me since starting a fasting life style - I now grind organic, freshly roasted, single origin coffee beans and then use to drip brewing method to make black coffee with no sugar or milk (will try to add MCT in the future) roughly 2 hours after waking up, first thing in the morning apple cider vinegar + electrolytes (LMNT) + lemon and lime slices + sparkling water + ice, camomile tea + magnesium bisglycinate before bed … game changer
Feasting days I have ceremonial grade matcha + Oat milk, and green powder + water. I don’t add any sugar to any of these drinks and it’s a far cry from what I used to add to my drinks last year.
