    When you say hold your breath and create tension, what do you mean exactly? Do you mean brace as if lifting something heavy, or getting ready to take a punch in the gut? Thank you in advance.

    I’m pretty sure this is what I’ve been looking for the last six years. I can’t wait to try all of this. Thank. You. ❤️

    Andrea I have been suffering with SI joint issues for days & have to tell you this "gut smash" sequence has given me so much relief. Thank you so much!

      Yes! that is so awesome to hear :) Try the Neutral Spine video to help stabilize your low back and SIJ too: th-cam.com/video/ZgDNp8yaY20/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you have any questions!

      Yes I have done this video Andrea. I love the Feldenkrais method & have used the pelvic clock to help soothe my SI when it get's cranky! Thanks again!

    Hope all is normal with me, but when I sink into the ball it is definitely intense and uncomfortable . Plus I can feel my heart beat very strongly from the aortic artery I guess. Will repeat in a few days and see if it is better.

      yep - it is common to feel your heartbeat but you can do two things to make it less intense. Move the ball down a little bit, try deflating the ball so it's not so hard, or try both. Keep me posted!

      Any soft inflated ball will work.

    Hi,when i do the exercises i feel the spine release,it's correct?

    • @aewellness
      @aewellness  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Could be! It can create that because the deep breathing mobilizes the ribs. As long as it doesn’t create pain, you should be good to go 👌🏻

    Can a stability ball be used?

    • @fuckmyego
      @fuckmyego 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      it needs to be small enough to lay on and kind of "fit" under your rib cage.Most stability balls are far too big (unless you're a giant).

      @@fuckmyego not at 5ft :)

      A small playground ball or something similar would be better. If it’s soft, squishy, and you can lay over it like I am in the video, you’ll be good to go!
