I bought Dell Vostro Laptop today. It is not working. Flipkart denied to take it back and ask to go to Dell service center. Dell service guy says to get it replaced by Dell company. Dell company says we can't replace, u hv to talk to Flipkart. Now I m in circle. It is better to buy Laptop from store than online

Bro....I suggest you to again first call flipkart and ask them ki 21st ko bola tha abhi tk nhi aaye....to agr vo agli date denge to bolna iss baar kya aap sure hain ki technician visit krega or puchna nhi kiya to.... and also do recording......if no response till the date given then call once again or else go to consumer court..
