    You are so true Bhai, same happened with me. They came up with whole world of excuses after cancelling on their own. I took up the matter on every social media platforms. I tried to grilled them every nook and corner but in vain.

      Mera ak order hai 24th March ka wo abhi tak dispatch nehi huya uska delivery date hai 30th March.
      Pata nehi kab aya ga.

    Same thing happened with me. I had placed an order for iPhone 15 which had a one day delivery scheme. The product had reached the nearest hub but it didn't go out for delivery for over 6 days. In the end, when I ask the customer care people they are like, you just have to wait and ultimately cancelled my product. They weren't ready to even reveal the status of my product.
    Very poor service of flipkart and these scamsters must be exposed.

    Same happened with me too these platforms don't take responsibility for any products you ordered now they start a scam like the replacement is confirmed by the seller if the product is defective or damaged not by us so, as of now buy a product and use it in front of the delivery agent if the product isn't functioning rightly give it back to him don't take delivery because they repair the defective product in service centre and give back to you because of service centre warrenty
    And once the product is opened it is hard to survive for longer years

    Aur sabse jyada consumer to in electronics ki cheezo ke chakkar se pareshan rehta hai...Aisa koi jagah nhi kaha scam na ho..Mere mother ko maine Redmi 5a ka phone dilaya 4 saal ho chuke..Battery uski ab kharab hui hai to chala gaya repair karwaney service centre in Agartala..Banda bolta hai waha ka, sir yaha naye phone ki battery na mile to aap ka to kaafi purana hai, uski kha se milegi..Compny ne batteries bandh kar diye ..Nhi bhejti waha pe ab phone..Bhut der baad bkoi solution na mila to chala aaya..Ab aisey me genuine battery bhi khi sento milegi nhi, ki Mili to lagwa lu aur local dukaan pe jaao to wohi chutiyapa..Sasta maal laga denge aur paise bhi bekar hi jay gi...Upar se Redmi aur bakai sari company ek ke baad ek phone nikale ja rhi hai..

    Ab complain ke liye bhi koi jagah nhi..Sarkar ke consumer forum me jaao to boley prrof dikhao..Ab main kya proof dikhao aur rhi baat audio recording ki to Banda kitne baar service centre jaye aur recording kare..Jaate waha phone theek karne ke liye ya proof ke liye..
    Bhai aapke madhyam se ye sab baat sarkar tak pahuncha chahte hai..Shayad sarkar koi PDS ( Ration shop) waali system main jagaha jagah govt authorised shops khol de jaha pe qualified technician baithe ho, aur products ki quality assurance bhi milti hai kyu ki govt certified rhegi.Isse accha rasta to koi na dikhe mujhe...Har jagah scam..
    Kripya aap ye mudda uthaye to aap ko support aur iss muddey(yaani after sales ya fir electronic repair market in india) se judey kaafi log milenge..

    thanks for raising this topic... i know these online platforms treat customers as shit... they bring online discounts & cancel the product whenever they want to without giving any compensation...this point should be taken into consideration...if an employee arrives late or take a day off without informing then these private companies deduct one day salary of the employee but after making these blunders...they blatantly act as if nothing has happened

    its a very very valid issue that you have raised and 80-90% of us consumers have faced this issue. And the feeling of helplessness that sets in when nobody listens is unexplainable. You being such a big creator, have a moral responsibility to bring these issue to forefront which you have rightfully done in this video and i applaud you for it.

      The seller sent used phone also it had dust aur box bhi scratched tha
      Flipkart par replacement request raise kiya maine
      Lekin unhone 3 baar replacement request reject kar diya
      Customer care ko call kiya to wo bolte hai 1 week wait kijiye wo date tak
      Wo log date par date hai itna wait kijiye problem will be solved
      And problem was never solved
      Kabhi phone aata hai kabhi nahi aata
      Aata hai to ye log kahte hai aap service center jaiye aur application likhwa ke send kijiye
      Send kiya to koi response nahi aya abhi tak
      Fir se call kiya Flipkart ko wo log same chiz repeat kar rahe hai
      "Wait till this date" 6 baar ho chuka abhi tak
      Kuch bhi nahi hua
      Abhi tak mai 4 baar service center ja chuka hu
      Service center to deny kar raha hai aur charges maang rahe hai 9000 rupay
      Jab service center walo se pucho to bol rahe hai physical damage hai aur motherboard me issue hai badlenge to 9000 rupay lagega
      Waise abhi phone new hai aur Ise use bhi nahi kiya thik se maine
      Phone to dabbe me pada hai abhi hi man kar raha hai ki phone me hi aag laga du
      Flipkart matlab ullu bana raha hai hame

      Today they cancelled my order for realme phone....for 10th may out for delivery 11th may they said product is damaged, so they cancelled without my consent

      Literally same thing happened with me, that's why I left shopping from Flipkart. IT is literally waste.... I literally had 63000 on stake... And I was left with no option except to just call the customer care... The customer care was every single time lieing and staying unresponsive, and weren't helping... They were continuously trying to manipulate, and continuously increasing the date for delivery... My order was to be delivered on 17th of November 2022, and after continuous postponement, it went to 28 November... Now tell me, won't someone get really angry on this, because you leave all your work, and stay at home to recieve the product.... My timetable was ruined, and Flipkart was not ready to refund my amount... Then, I wrote a letter to RBI, and e-mailed Flipkart.. And finally got my refund.... It was nothing except for a 12 days head ache period, where you have literally 63000 at stake.. Only a middle class man could understand the pain of losing 63000 rupees...

    Thanks for taking this up, again as of us say that you are the only one to take these problems every now and then, same thing happened with me in spite of paying prelaunch payment of 2000rs when Nothing Phone 1 was launched, I was so angry and dejected, again there is one thing that I'm facing in Pune, Tonnes of product are showing not deliverable, don't know why.

    Mene ek order kiya 9th may 2024 uski delivery date thi 13th may. Fir seller ne date bada kar 16 kar di. 15 ko product nearest hub me pahucha 16 ko inhone cancell kar diya 🤬🤬🤬. Fir mene amazon download kar liya no problem accurate delivery ✅ 👍

    I worked as a flipkart customer support executive and literally speaking 90% of the customers on flipkart are helpless and there is not even a single resolution for the issue happened with the cx, all we used to do was, just to give a date to customer or to place a fresh order, that was the reason which forced me to leave that job as I never wanted to be a part of scam 😢😢

      I was working as a Flipkart customer support executive a couple of years back. I was "promoted" to the KNE (knowledge and escalation) team which was supposedly the senior team to which calls are forwarded. We had no special access to help solve the problem, just false assurance to the cx that they're talking to a senior team member and their problem would be resolved. I would sometimes get calls forwarded from the same cx with the same problems twice after several days. It was a very toxic work environment being helpless to the cx problems. I'm glad I quit.

    i had ordered a Rs 2500 fireboult cyclone watch way back in Nov 2023 and was working fine for a week... then it stopped working and flipkart didnt replace or return the order and told me to take it to fireboult service center

    I remember how almost all PS5 orders were getting cancelled whenever the sale came. It was already nearly impossible to place an order for PS5 and when finally ordered, Flipkart cancelled their orders. That was truly frustrating.

    Now a days Flipkart plays dirty... At first they charged for delivery under 500rs, after I became a Flipkart plus member they told that I don't have to pay delivery charges even after my cart value comes under Rs. 500...now they shifted that charge with another name.
    i.e. Handling fee 😂😂😂. Now, Everytime I order I get an additional handling fee on all orders. 😂

    I placed order for nothing phone 2 in combo offer (charger+screenguard+phone). The charger and screenguard is delivered and the phone is cancelled by seller. Now flipkart is not ready to take back the accessories sold under combo offer neither they are ready to provide the phone for which they have increased the price. I am stuck with the charger and screenguard worth 2000 rs which is useless to me now. Worst.

    I recieved my Nothing phone 2a jiska Flipkart box to khrb tha hei, mera phone. Ka box v ek side se pura gila ho chuka tha.
    Kis baat ka pura ₹59 le rha Flipkart secured packaging ka ? Ek bubble wrap tk ni h. Arei andr pani chla ja rha. Dabba bhiga hua tha mera.
    I am totally disappointed from Flipkart after this

    i ordered product from flipkart on 4th august, its 20th august haven't got the product yet. They asking me to cancle the product or it will be cancled in some days. I cant reorder as the price is up by 1000rs. Flipkart is messaging me, 'the issues is resolved' whereas its not. Their customer support is calling and putting call on mute between the conversation and ending the call by itself.

    I ordered Re.1012 book and Delivery boy said its not open box delivary and escaped then i opened myself and got a used old copy. Now return declined saying it was open box delivary you cannot return for this reason.
    I called customer care they said it was open box.there is no option to report delivary boy.
    One important question, what is value of cactureing photo of the product after opening box if they donot watch it even after report it was not opened??

    I have also faced the same issue sir....I ordered asus vivobook laptop for a friend on 63k , after 1 week the order got cancelled automatically and the price got hiked to 66k. Then Flipkart called and said about the 500 voucher just like you mentioned. Thank you so much sir for thinking about us common people. Please keep exposing such scams🙏. Jai hind!

    This is a really serious issue, and myself faced the same. They cancels the orders which have higher discount and later on when you try to order they increases the price. This is a psychological play where you made your mind to buy it so at the end you will end up buying the same product at higher price.. great effort by you. Really appreciated ❤

    Same thing happened with me, just on 2nd November I ordered a printer which was to be delivered on 6th November but it was not delivered for 15 days and I was told to place another order but the price had increased by Rs 5000 and then I threatened to file a case. Then I got my printer after 15 days.

    I have faced this issue multiple times on both Amazon and Flipkart. Mostly these happens during the time when the price is lowest either on sale or normally.
    After you try to contact customer support they will say same thing like we cannot do anything.
    Mostly Flipkart give cheap vouchers such as 50 or 100 rupees.

Card discount laga ki 18 ka phone mujhe 8500 k around mil rha tha.... ham 3 doston ne order Kiya tha.....3 -4 din baad sabke order cancel kr diye ki stock nahi hai bol k..... Phir lagbag 2-3 ghante customer care ka dimaag khrab krne k baad 1000rs ka gift voucher de k nipta diya.... Main consumer forum me case bhi kiya tha.... Waha se bhi same response....😒

    I am a seller on flipkart, order cancel karne par flipkart seller account me impact padta hai, agr jyda order cancelled hua hai seller se to definitely account suspend ho jata hai, maybe isiliye seller ne aapka order usi din cancel nahi kiya.

    Same thing happened to me on 13 Jan I ordered neckband during republic day sale which was going to delivered on 19 Jan. On Jan 19 I received a call from delivery boy at 11am unfortunately I was not at home at that time, Then, I asked him to deliver the product 1 hour later after that I make 50 calls to him but don't get any response. At last 12pm that day my order get cancelled without asking. Don't know why there services are worsen day by day.

    Recently, I ordered a black wallet from Amazon, but they sent me a different color. I returned it and reordered, eventually receiving the black wallet.     I was working in flipkart as a customer executive and they just trained us to repeat the same lines as "your feedback will be shared and we hope that you don't face the same issue in future" and about gift card, some customers don't even gift card in their account after placing the order, so it's of no use to call customer care, hence don't order anything from Flipkart.

      This comment may b long but pls read it fully... Bro u did a great job by making this fraud cart video... I also hv something to share.. I ordered Returnal PS5 game & received a slip.. return policy was not there.. wen i called fraud cart.. only machine answers de call with whom u can't even argue.. she simply says product is recieved & product can't b returned.. I filed case in consumer court without much knowledge of such things but fraud card did a lawyer and lawyer in his reply to court wrote that we as a consumer are faking the fraud to harass de company & watever is bought on fraud cart is not de responsibility of the website.. / so instead of creating problems for us by attending the court dates & all.. we pulled de case to make it stronger but then completely dropped the idea
      one thing more I wud like to share is that Fraud cart put fake reviews on their products & if u try to tell people about cons or fraud about da product.. they simply dnt publish it.. in other way they r supporting their fraud sellers... I usually prefer Amazon but to support indian websites I tried fraud cart .. among 4 orders.. 2 were frauds.. in these years.. Amazon on de other side is very transparent about reviews & sellers.. I buy very confidently from Amazon

      Yes same for amazon too. Once they cancelled my order because the delivery boy didn't want to deliver at my home and instead was insisting me to go to his location and collect my order and I called amazon customer care and I told both of them its a home delivery and I paid 100 for prime delivery but then the delivery guy himself cancelled my order mentioning I rejected it like wtf and then after doing so many calls the senior told me you place another order and we give you one month free prime as compensation but I am still waiting for my free prime lol since then I have stopped using both platforms and when it comes to mobile I try to continue using my old phones and purchase from official sites of brands.

    Same problem with me , maine 1 yrs before boat ka neckband offer ke sath order kia Delevery ke 1 din pahle Auto cancel, jb main check kiya to uska price 800+ tha , phone krne pta chala ki stock me nhi tha bs ye tha pura Paisa refund aa gya , maine dusri id se bhi check uske baad price km hi nhi hua..

    Sahi hai i order realme x in 2018 with offer around 3000 discount product reached in my area but the delivery boy didn't bother to call me or reach me neither he is picking up my call.... And on evening he updated in my order that the customer didn't respond and rejected the order 😢 multiple complaints to flipkart no action from their side giving deadline after deadline and in the end i have to order phone on full price 😢😢

      Mere saath bhi ho Gaya Aaj 6 items order Kiya 4 recieved hua. Complaint ki khud hi resolved kar di ab bol rahe hai ki return policy khatam ho gayi.

Fir milata to Mila defective product Mila lol. 1 mahina se jhamela karke Flipkart aur purifier ka brand se badme brand ne replace kardia product. Lekin Flipkart ne kuch nhi kiya . Aur Flipkart ka Roz ek notanki thaki mujhe phone karke dimaag kharaab karte the. Badme jitna v phone Aya sabko maa baap PE gali Dena shuru kardia 😂

    Hi sir , two years ago i worked in filpkart customer care, iss problem ka koi vi solution humara senior nehi dete hai.. jo apko bola gya same hum vi customer ko bolte the ,,,, but as a customer main vi ye problem face kiye hai ..hum jante hai ki apko last tak kiya bola jayega .. but app usmain please satisfied maat hona .... Kya hum abhi appse kuch jada umid rakh sakte hai ?? Taki ye Flipkart iska sach main kuch internally policy change kare ...

    Sir maine 1 September ko ek order kia jisme maine trolley bags mangaye the or mujhe 1 bag missing mila or wo maine uski complaint di koi sunne ko razi nhi hai kya karu consumer help line se bhi koi sunwai nhi hai mujhe 2 he bag mile or 2 ka he invoice mila or uske baf wo bol rhe seller ne open delivery di thi usme hum apki koi sunwai nhi kar sakte

    Mere sath b hua tha yeh Amazon par jab mai samsung m53 buy kiya tha vo order place krte hi with in 1hr cancel kar diya... and maine screen shot le liya tha order place ka pata nhi q par le liya... or vo maine fir customer care ko call kiya to unhone kaha dobara order kr do... to maine kaha ab vo mujhe 2k mehnga pad ra hai mujhe same rate me phone chahiye but thanks to amazon or senior executive he let me order the phone on increased amount but promised me in written to refund 2k amount in amazon wallet after return window get closed. As per promise they returned the 2k in amazon wallet.

    Mere sath bhi esa hi hua tha maine ek bag liya tha 1700 ka,jis din delivery thi usi din cancel kr diya seller ki taraf se, without any reason.
    Lekin jab me reorder karane gya to wahi product 2600 rupaye ka ho gya. Aur flipkart pe complaint kro to bo kuchh nahi karate.

All of us are falling in this loop, usually they say "they will try to think about it so that next time this type of problems do not occur" which, never happens.       The seller sent used phone also it had dust aur box bhi scratched tha
      Flipkart par replacement request raise kiya maine
      Lekin unhone 3 baar replacement request reject kar diya
      Customer care ko call kiya to wo bolte hai 1 week wait kijiye wo date tak
      Wo log date par date hai itna wait kijiye problem will be solved
      And problem was never solved
      Kabhi phone aata hai kabhi nahi aata
      Aata hai to ye log kahte hai aap service center jaiye aur application likhwa ke send kijiye
      Send kiya to koi response nahi aya abhi tak
      Fir se call kiya Flipkart ko wo log same chiz repeat kar rahe hai
      "Wait till this date" 6 baar ho chuka abhi tak
      Kuch bhi nahi hua
      Abhi tak mai 4 baar service center ja chuka hu
      Service center to deny kar raha hai aur charges maang rahe hai 9000 rupay
      Jab service center walo se pucho to bol rahe hai physical damage hai aur motherboard me issue hai badlenge to 9000 rupay lagega
      Waise abhi phone new hai aur Ise use bhi nahi kiya thik se maine
      Phone to dabbe me pada hai abhi hi man kar raha hai ki phone me hi aag laga du
      Flipkart matlab ullu bana raha hai hame
      Wo baar baar repeat kar rahe hai is date tak wait kijiye your problem will be solved
      Call karke phone cut kar dete hai aur bolte hai problem solved
      Fir contact karne par bolte hai application email kijiye service center se

    I had faulty product and the return was cancelled on last day of reurn period and they say your time period of return has ended we can't do anything😢

    I brought one product from amazon.. there is lower model of dash cam which does have wifi but the model higher than this one doesn't have this... now after getting it I realized that there is no option.. now there is no option to claim refund because the have only replacement policy. even I asked to replace it with lower model at same cost but no help... amazon customer care just says we don't have refund policy...
    I know I didn't checked it properly but seriously they behave like I am getting a product free of cost... no help no support nothing..
