BRO I just played a game and the rouges all ganged up in a room and when we went in there they stunned us and all melee killed us

Once I realized we could melee me and my friend dedicated way too long to killing every genji we could, once we even got the entire team involved
If only they knew you could kill the genjis as props 😅
if you watched the stream they actually did kill some genjis but only after a while

you can actually kill the hunters lol, you need at least two people together, and once a hunter comes flash bang them and both melee them. youll do enough damage to kill them lol
I was honestly dumbfounded when I heard this, I didn't believe it at first but then I played prop hunt and then a barrel, a chair and a crate started beating the shit out of me.

yall can kill the genjis by stunning them and hitting them, two props is enough to kill one of them, me and group won as props by killing all the genjis
You actually kill genji while being a prop just stun and use the melee button 😂

I faced a team of Kirikos that tried stunlocking and melee us to death...
They missed me and I killed 3 of them at once.

i like jay3's thinking, position yourself "outside" the map. Preferably in a spot that isn't i broad daylight though.'
i do have some gripes with the mode though.
taunts happen to often, considering how long some of them are.
the hunters need dmg penalties for striking objects that aren't players hiding. With how crazy the dash hitbox is and melee.
a no cooldown on the prop switch during hide phase.
and maybe a bit more health for huge props. Feels kinda annoying that you get a huge object in rng, and have to deal with being one hit.
stun also is to buggy, and needs to cover a larger area so that you cant just get double teamed. for how small the map is 5 hunters is alot. Especially with taunts so often.
also a missed opportunity to have move speed change, if i get the griffon ride thingy, i should have the same speed as the ones on the rail. So i can move on the track and "blend in" sadly you're a bit faster and will catch up with the one infront of you though.
I only have a problem with Genji's blade hitbox that hits through walls and the random props it gives instead of choosing one since when you are running away, getting a shark-door-eagle in a row is death. Otherwise I see no problems. Just be smart and move. It's the basic rule of any hide and seek game, don't stay in one spot too long, your taunt will give you away. Find a spot where you can loop and just stay there, players are easy to trick due to your prop exchange being an invisible dash.

its very much visible, and a cloud of magic poof surrounds your prop while still being able to be seen. If the Taunt didn't give you away the change of prop will.
but i do agree that it is a death sentence if you get those objects you mention, which happens alot in my games.
in most matches moving around is impossible, because of how many hunters there are.
your first taunt will lure them to your area, and that means movement is a no go.
the map is far to small for that.
there is also to few side paths/flank routes to use as a prop.
never in my hunreds of hours on prophunt in tf2/Cs/Gmod have i had the issues that overwatch presents.
And yeah, Genji's dash hitbox is insane. I've killed so many unsuspecting props through walls with it.
@@Softpaw1996 I hope that next time you check before writing because when you change and prop dash, you leave a cloud yet you are invisible for a certain distance which also is your invulnerability state. And each time I play I end up as a last prop and win just by knowing where to go and how to juke. If you have a good cooldown management you can easily do so unless you end up with many big props in a row. Just play it like it is the OW not just prop hunt, it is way more fun that way.
@@satamiko ah yes, you're so invisible, giving away your position with sound and visuals, have you even played? Sure the smoke might obstruct view, but you know where they are and will close the distance and see what prop they emerged as.

Also take away props melee. I should not be afried of getting killed if I an alone as a hunter.

I think you mean boring
current setup is boring true. first match was fun, but after 5 it got repetitive. Very limited selection of props, glaring issues with the dash hitbox/melee killing props not even intended.
not to mention that the props you do get are usually the worst and most obvious, the vast majority are large chunky props.

@@Manic44 Prop Hunt existed way before Genshin Impact was even a thing, it was made for Counter Strike Source but was ported over to Garry’s Mod
