I main support, pretty consistently between Diamond 3-5 depending on whether I’m having a good or a bad week. My other two roles are high Gold/low Platinum.
Sometimes, I queue DPS/Tank for a change of pace. It’s odd to go from playing with Plat/Diamond supports, to Gold/Silver supports, and that Mercy going from ignoring the Pharah at the beginning to immediately yellow-beaming a full health tank PERFECTLY encapsulates what it’s like to play with lower-ranked supports 😂
Hats off to CoolClint, on the opposing Torbjörn, for these reasons:
1) Sticking to Torbjörn for three rounds.
2) Sticking to Torbjörn for three rounds, even though a flying monstrosity was fielded against him.
3) For killing the flying monstrosity with a turret at 3:35

Pretty sure the turret killed them 3 times and nearly another time and severely assisted in most of their deaths.
I love Bronze games because you get to see strats you'd never seen in even Silver

Rookies in games are quite daring, i remember even as an experienced fps player the fresh-off-the-sale rookies can trounce you unexpectedly sometimes

love it when theres an enemy pharah while we have a soldier but the soldier is dogwater so the pharah goes untouched

She's just a flying target to me
Guilty of being a Soldier who struggles to hit Pharahs and needs a 2v1 vs the Pharah because I can't aim well but my teammate can't hit her any better so there's no hope.
Guilty as charged. Though, I usually just go sombra and hack her out of the sky.
Hack + virus + a few stray bullets = dead pharah
Not the best strategy, but viable while I train my aim in places that won't destroy other people's sr
Honestly I'm pretty bad at hitting flying targets in most games that aren't Borderlands.
bronze players have a hard enough time hitting stationary pylons and turrets. im in bronze

I mean pharah has always been a problem in low elo, because people just dont know how to aim at her, but now she just have more movility so people get even worse at aiming at her
Feels like Pharah is carrying a lot of people right now, especially if they have a mercy pocket. If we ever get a proper pharah nerf, not just the limp fisted HP nerf, I wonder where that'll leave those people.
Really depends on how they play. It really shows if they know how to play if they can still play against 2 or 3 hit scans. Pharah isn't as easy as people make it out to be and anyone with decent aim on a hit scan and shut down your free movement.

Not gonna lie as a support main this makes me hate Pharah even more because
1. You cant convince me that flying 500 ft away from anyone that can shoot you and just spamming rockets down a choke is fun.
2. The amount of value you can still get from being bad is insane
Characters like Widow and Sombra can be hell to deal with, but only if they’re actually good.
pharah is broken, I play kiriko and she's just impossible to hit with a knife unless I switch characters and even if I switch it's a colossal task to hit her once and then I can't pay attention to the teams on the ground.
@namelessliberty9869 100% not your job to focus phara when you're playing kiriko no less. Just use baptist or anything hits can to keep her in check.

I don’t know if it’s consistent but I find around 2k-2.7k damage is 1st ult (at least for tank and dps)
I like how he's troll flaming the pharrah for "not getting the mercy" when the mercy refused to fly to the pharrah, then proceeds to hard pocket the tank(per usual with throwing bronze mercys)

I haven’t seen the whole video yet but so far I wouldn’t pocket the Pharah either. She flies chaotically and gets out of LOS. Also the positioning when shooting would just cause the Mercy to be killed.
I pocket good Pharahs but it depends on how well the other healer is doing and if the Pharah knows when to be in the air and where to position. Not bronze though.
@@knightsky4438I mean, he was there for a solid 5 seconds, ran out of fuel and kinda had to go back over the wall. Either way, it’s not a big deal since the game had not even started.

Lol this is my game, appreciate the review on this game but I still get annoyed at the conc
Their concussion usage were sabotaging themself so hard. Emongg only mentioned the worst situation at @12:55, but they were constantly booping enemies out of harm.
They fly in for a good flank, they aim straight at the enemy, and then use conc to boop them to the side so they miss most rocket shots after. JUST SHOOT THEM! Why use concussion on enemies that you can clearly hit?
I think they should try and use conc for movement more than shooting it out as dps all the time, its so much worse for damage wheras its stronger for movement now
This was actually a helpful ego vod because they still had severe positioning errors. He had excellent aim for bronze though.
I don't think ego vods are a bad thing to submit. You can carry a game while making serious mistakes that aren't evident because the enemy team isn't punishing you for them.
in this game, having aim is equal to actually 0 value, i have good aim, not helping, losing to random spam across the map. maybe matters in high elo games, but untill at least master, i do belive aim does not matter at all, what matters in this game is just hide and do random damage. That is what matters in this game
@@alexandruconstantin4655 Aim 100% matters. Some heros make aim matter LESS, but aim is still very important. This comment just sounds like you suck at all other aspects of the game, such as positioning, and rely solely on aim (if your aim is even that good to begin with).
@@horu7383 after my experience with this game, i say they are in this order; positioning, cooldown management and aim, in that order, but everyone has its own opinion
@@alexandruconstantin4655if it has 0 value that means of you hit zero shots then you can still be as useful as someone who hits 100% of their shots and that's simply just not correct I think overwatch is a split of 25% aim and 37.5% each of game sense and cooldown management

Kill cams are so that you can tell if someone is cheating. In pro games other people can see if someone is cheating.
I get it. It's Bronze, but if this Pharah learns how to off angle properly, with their level of mechanics, they will more than easily climb to at least gold before they need to learn everything else.
always shoot the torb turret as pharah because if you don’t no one else will and the auto aim will destroy you 😞

Oh boy, a dps hero is the strongest hero again for the 11th season in a row, I hope the ow community chooses to complain about that so aaron nerfs it over complaining about tanks.
I feel like dps is in a good spot right now. I mean, pharah just got a nerf to 225 hp, which is a pretty big nerf. And tank is definitely the most impactful role right now imo.

@@thebeesknees6896 She’s progressively gotten worse through the seasons. Season 1, she was insane. Her disruptive field or whatever slowed people down and did a ton of damage, her railgun could one shot, and she was overall busted. But now, her railgun does basically half that damage and her thing doesn’t slow anymore. I feel like she is pretty balanced, if anything, weak. She was really only ever an issue at GM and higher since season 5. In Gold, where the average player sits, she has never really been good, winrate wise.
