- Today we have some interesting stories. Nijisanji has new "farewell" voice packs which is bad wording for the company who has had so many graduations. NDF hate that Yagoo is as popular as he is, and they cope with saying that no CEO should be a celebrity.
VReverie has been accused of not paying their current and former Vtubers, beyond having just bad management. Noripro, another small agency, lost a lot of their talents as well, due to differences in where they are taking the company.
Ethan Ralph, the lolcow, and universally disliked commenter, decided to attack Gura for singing during the Dodgers Collab. He seems very angry that Vtubers are getting more popular, and wants to get popularity from attacking her.
Small Vtuber Eggie lafalena, has decided to make a tip resource document for Vtubers big and small. A very important resource for any small vtuber looking to not make common mistakes while growing their brand.
Finally, we have our next Vtuber Showcase: shyguy3300. They are a human who had an accident making him into a voidling. He tries his best to stream when he can solo, with friends or their girlfriend (Lunathegamer). But sure NDF go ahead an make threats against the head a multi-billion dollar company, we seen the lengths he himself and his company goes too to protect their talents with private investigators and lawyers, they would do the same to protect him.
I think people forgot hololive also had its fair share of issues that they were not able to resolve as professionally as they do now. The reason ppl like yagoo is because he shows he was willing to learn from the past and improve from their mistakes and actually invest in their talents, production, and support. Heck holostars won't even be here today if he didn't support them.

Yagoo does his best towards his employees, both the staff and our oshis, taking the necessary decisions to make sure they can have the most successful careers possible. He may not be dancing and singing, but he's a talent on his own right, we simply want him to recieve our thanks for everything he's given us. That title of "Best Girl" isn't just for show, y'know?
Also, Danchou's attitude is a great example of maturity, we all should be like her imo
I always remember the clips of yagoo being sad about coco leaving, like that was not an outcome he wanted but it was best for everyone involved, and it's not that she was making big bucks for him so that it's why he was sad, he actually valued her as an employee, enterteiner and as a person

IMO, the Nijisister does have a point, but it's exactly the problem with Nijisanji.
Nijisanji fans tend to be fans of a certain or some livers, so what you have are Vox's fans, Elira's fans, Salome's fans, Kuzuha's fans, and so on, there may be some intersections here and there but usually, it is to watch some livers while ignoring the others. and the main key is they don't have actually Nijisanji Fans, only the Livers Fans.
In Hololive, people are usually fans of Cover and Hololive or even Yagoo's, so most talents will get equal love from fans (of course preferences are still there) that's why in Hololive they tend to have equally same numbers and no too great disparity among the talents.
It's so baffling to me that people would willingly defend a bad company... I just don't get this kind of stockholm syndrome that Niji fans have. If hololive ever began to turn the way Niji is in the event of a CEO change, I'd wish for nothing but the talents to immediately leave hololive and reform under a different name, they'd have the money to do so easily.

funny thing about Vrev: Briatcookiebox appeared and even interacted with the new Vrev talents on the Minecraft VSMP server. As far as i know they were cordial, but the air was tense.

NoriPro is Tsukudani Norio's(Inuyama Tamaki VA) company. It pretty much started the same way GYARI's vtuber group started. They wanted to give a platform to some friends. GYARI didnt change much, its still a small group. Norio tried to go more business-like, started after she got married IIRC.

Every time the company changes CEO, it's a big deal for the company. Literally the only people who don't think so are those who were never employed at a position important enough to get a view of how hierarchy works in a corporate environment.

- Yagoo would bawl his eyes out at situations where he couldn't keep his promise or protect his talents. Yagoo knew he made a promise to Miko, when Yagoo scouted her himself he made a promise to reach a million in a certain time period, Yagoo was sad when he couldn't keep that promise, but was able to reach that million eventually, even 2 million this year. Or when Yagoo couldn't protect Coco from that Taiwan situation, they still talk, but these are the situation that does hurt the man.
Yagoo cares about his talents well being as well.

-Mio is currently still recovering from her pancreas erupting. So Watame is taking her place in the events that Mio sadly will be missing.
