I remembered Krooni told on her stream that she backed up her manager against the staff in Japan HQ, quite strictly... And then there was an issue in Hololive that some staffs think the talents have too much power... A-chan was on hiatus taking care of her family member when they started ignoring Kronii's perm requests. Put 2 and 2 together...

I am sure they will. Besides it is funny people one minute they were chanting Yagoo best girl and next minute immediately turn on Hololive and call Cover a black company when one Cover doesn't punish talents for speaking out and two this is their one screw up in a while. Cover has always been supportive of their talent. How people compare Cover to Anycolor and turn on them like yeah like the talents and not the company but again we should observe first and see if they listen to Kronii at least. Not jump on the hate bandwagon. Yes the manager should be called out but not this bs. Especially Yagoo I am sure if he finds out he won't let it slide.

Like doing it yourself is no walk in the park, but things like game perms is never going to sit fully right. Not everyone can be a mythic or Vshojo but if they're going to eat that much of the profit you'd hope there wouldn't be these kinks to iron out.

If Cover want to go the black company route they would have taped their talents not allowing them to speak out but allowed them anyway. Cover always fix their mistake. This frankly speaking is blown out of proportion. If this issue was so bad why is only Kronii and Ame speaking out about this? Surely many more would speak out no? Besides remember Fubuki said before if Hololive ever makes a unfair termination she would quit. Fubuki is still there. Sora is still there. I trust Cover as long both are there. At least benefit of a doubt.

Been in companies before that had similar issues with inconsistent internal time frames and most likely it's just caught up in a snag somewhere. Good thing is Cover tends to be more responsive and I'm sure the issues will work themselves out. Doesn't mean that this kind of thing could have been avoided in the first place, with a little less corporate oversight. Stupid that snags in bureaucracy happen in the first place.

The garbage happening to Taiga is the literal reason why Louis Rossmann put so much funding into GrayJay: So we can follow the creators themselves on all platforms easily without worrying about youtube's braindead AI randomly making them dissappear. Taiga should probably make an identity on Grayjay just in case youtube doesn't resolve this.

It's understandable if manager forgot about the perms. if you watching moon or her clip, she once talk about how busy her manager, even her manager discord server had many sub room(or something like that because i don't know what name is)and don't forget about response from the game owner itself. Maybe they who late to give confirmation or permission, who knows
From what I can see, they're looking to boost their EPS, not the stock price. They were citing and manipulating that figure when they announced the buyback and haven't stopped since. But that stock price is gonna bite them later. They're gonna eat that loss trying to reissue to get back some of the 7.5B yen with those nasty market corrections.
NDF never take them seriously. I rather believe Falseeyed and Hololive management than them. Speaking of Hololive management needs to buck up. They have good reputation so far I hope they don't taint their reputation. I feel just the minority in there are bad apples.

They should blame specific management. They think Holo is Nijisanji or something? They would have much more of a case to boycott until Holo talents gets good treatment again if many talents speak up. One the issue is although frustrating it is minor and second only two talents spoke up. People are too quick to judge and that is how people get ammo and make Hololive fans look bad and say they got source from "Drama tubers". Like unlike Nijisanji they did fix the issues instead of doubling down or blaming the talents.
A permission from dev/publisher company is hard. Sometime they don't want the talents to play their game because it's getting monetize. And they don't get the money. Some games have time limit. Kronii said Elden Ring perm only valid for one month. Not the DLC btw. Some games company waited for awhile until the hype is gone. And then they give permission for free publicity. So it's not the management fault for not getting the perm or taking awhile to get the perm. But I do feel for Kronii here, she wants an explanation. At least give her that.

I don't follow Fefe closely, but from people like Chibi, Nux, Tricky, etc. They all love her and have been long time friends with her. Lewd? Yes. But she's also been shown to be a good friend to them as well.

TAKE NOTE It's not Kronii's manager! The perms are handled by another staff, and she just wants a REPLY, nothing else. We can only speculate from here, lets hope its just a communication issue and not a personal one.
For clarification. The issue isnt really how long its takin, its that management hasnt explained why its takin so long for her to get her the perms/any other response in between. Absolutely theres a number of reasons for the length of time (management is tryin to contact the publisher/owner of the material but gettin zero responses, discussions on whats allowed takin its time bein dragged ie copyright, platform, etc.), but its also is important to keep communication with talent and management in order to avoid both confusion and frustration from happening. Her bein allowed to share her grievances is a good sign that she can vent but it doesnt absolve the issues shes facin as well as whats goin on with management. Hopefully this gets resolved and this becomes a minor bump on the road instead of a large problem.
Don't know man, I think Kronii is not close enough to her manager. Maybe she should change her manager. If you see the different between Shiorin's manager or Kaela's manager than any EN member, you know what I mean.

ah yes, the news that some people have been waiting for, a hololive error 😆. i applaud them for not giving punishment their streamer who criticize them. i can't imagine what would happen if it was done in another company. well even though what hololive got from letting it happen is a tarnish on their name, but on the bright side they can figure out which part to improve. finally all the people who wait for news like this can eat something good xD
Geez, chill stop making drama of nothing, Kronii even telling it jokingly. They responded quick by not giving the perm aren't they. As for why, they don't have the perm that is it. Staff don't have obligation to tell every member for the reason. They are also handling several talents not just Kronii. I'm not siding with anyone here, but you need to know office works and being streamer is on whole different level.
Hololive is subject to bureaucracy as any other. Even big corpos get ignored by big platforms and other publishers. Specially in the tech industry where 90% of the time you don't get a response.
Kronii shouldn't have to wait 20 days for a response. It is unacceptable. And according to Kronii herself that others got responses and she was ignored.
Maybe it's not so dramatic on the company level but it still makes an impact with the youtube algorithm. I remember an older clip of Kronii saying she couldn't get Elden Ring perms and that's crazy. Everyone's been getting back to ER and the doc and older Fromsoft. She should nag them more bc management is what they're supposed to do. And maybe she could make a "Days Since Last Management Response" counter 🤷♀️

Management also has to wait for perms. The staff can't make the publisher respond fast enough. so you are really waiting for 2 parties. Management and the publisher.
I’m confused by Kronii’s case of being ignored. Kronii has spoken about trusting her manager rather much pretty recently even, so it shouldn’t be an issue of maliciousness from her manager. Unless her manager is just incompetent, she’d have to be ignored too, though I dunno if Kronii was talking about her experience through her manager, since it sounds like she was talking about a group chat (Discord) where everyone could talk and she saw other members speaking there and having their issues answered too?
Dont wanna shill for Holo mgmt hard but depending on the games Kronii requested the perms for there could be some game devs/companies on that list that take too long to respond and depending on how they file for game perms (via Discord, dms, etc) maybe they opted to "ignore" pending perm requests rather than updating them and potentially flooding the chat group with bumped requests. Either way I think managers also need to step up and at least give her dm updates if that was the case. Maybe Justice, and the multiple events and concerts took a lot of EN's resources this time. Hopefully this wont happen again.
For kronii's case, there are a couple of possibilities: 1. Most of the games she wants to play are indie games. The devs usually don't have dedicated personnel to answer corporate emails. So the holo staff tasked to take care of perms doesn't have anything to report while waiting for the game dev to reply. And due to cultural difference, they might think there's no point for report when the dev haven't reply to them yet 2. She snapped at jp staff for yelling at her personal manager (who is a furry btw), so the jp staff might have something against her and purposefully make her last priority Hope it's just the 1st possibility, but if it's the 2nd, she should bring it up to yagoo himself
oh I feel kronii so much. They do not respond for weeks at a time when we send them updates regarding their commission that we need their input and feedback for. xD a 1month project turned to 8 months now and still running. won't mention the talent and their managers tho of course.
At least they let her ranting and it's not as bad as Niji's but I hope Hololive will swiftly resolve this issue. Still this issue can be worse if they left it as it is since the confusion and frustration involved parties due to this issue, will worsen the situation. Since Kronii just explanation from management but was ignored, I think it's either miscommunication among staff or the staff just can't dislose or explain whatever caused the problem for some reason (If it were this, I really hope they have really GOOD reason for this)

In terms of the Kronii situation sometimes it is good to be an indie VTuber because you don't have to worry about getting perms accepted by management team of a corpo you can just simply ask the developers of the game directly. Here's what I think happened that none of Kronii's perm requests got through management to get to the publishers/developers of the games that she wanted to stream.

I disagree with VShojo audition is an Illusion, there is different culture between traditional agency like Hololive and western style agency like VShojo. And I think the illusion of audition applied more to Hololive 1. Hololive own the IP for Vtuber, VShojo did not. 2. Collab culture, Hololive is walled garden need perms rare collab, VShojo is more spontaneous. You will never see indie vtuber on hololive minecraft server. But in VShojo minecraft server you will see indie vtuber. Which one is harder fighting in hololive audition with tens of thousands vtuber application vs sneaking in a collab with zen. Both has their own difficulty. If you pay attention with VShojo collab pattern compared to Hololive, Hololive is far-far more exclusive agency compared to VShojo. Meanwhile VShojo sharing all the love with indie vtuber. And also, regarding the IP. Because Hololive is "walled garden", and VShojo have a lot of spontaneous collab. Combined with IP ownership where in VShojo talent have no need to make new avatar and can carry previous avatar. Outsiders who know nothing will always accuse with so called "Nepotism". I bet they will say the same thing if Haruka didn't get accepted and they pick other big indies that auditioned, there is some big indies that applied on VShojo audition, i dont really want to name names though. And if people expectation is the announcement "The winner of audition is [x name]" even Hololive doesnt do that. And when VShojo do that because they didnt own the IP and let vtuber carry their identity people roll their eyes. If you check on Hololive EN recent debut and find those 5 previous identities, you will know that making new IP giving the "Illusion" that they are new. Which one is harder fighting in hololive audition with tens of thousands vtuber application vs sneaking in a collab with zen. Both has their own difficulty. It just 2 different company culture each to their own. But i disagree in the notions of VShojo one and only EN audition is an illusion, Haruka is the winner plain and simple, and people will say same thing if other indies join. they are on twitch everyone knows everyone. Like if the current Holojustice join vshojo with their previous avatar people will still called it nepotism, they has collabed with VShojo talent in the past in one form or another. And nepotism already lose the meaning here.
Nothing good about or for Kurosanji ever exists. Don’t give any praise because that will be conflated with liking the company. Even though you said it’s not. Literally the same thing as “I don’t like Nijisanji, I’m just supporting my favorite streamer.” You’re still showing support for a black company. It’s just that simple.

But there’s a problem. You’re the staff, the higher-ups, the footnote of the company. You’re supposed to cater to the people you hired and make sure all things go well I’d understand if they didn’t respond for like a day or two, but to ignore Kronii for 20 days makes it seem like they don’t want to give a fuck to Kronii. Big mistake, and the biggest thing is, that’s the same issue Selen had from her management that did communicate with her that she had no perms to post her cover MV (even though Selen clearly did) only a day before the MV got posted, and Selen did ask for their permission weeks prior.
Only gripe I have with False is that when he came back from Vacation or whatever, he was just spending time reporting on weeks or month old or outdated news or Drama, as if they were current news/Drama, which basically just serves to reignite those topics for no reason, even if they were already resolved.
You don't know that. Management Also gets lost in the noise and when it comes to multi party responses, the more people involved the slower things get. Don't mistake bureaucracy for malice or incompetence. Most of the time management gets ignored by publishers as spam.

So let me get this right hololive has management issue to which, this is I believe, Kronii's second time time saying she has had issues with management along with Kiara on her twitter live thing making a bold assertion that there is a level of favoritism for 3D lives/concerts. Similar complaints that are still being used against Niji as a means of calling them a black company yet it seems that Salvi is, and the vtuber community as a whole, giving this behavior a slap on the wrist just because its hololive. If your going to make the statement that behavior like this is something to call a company out for it should be treated the same an not pick an choose how harsh it should be considered just because one "SEEMS" better then the other. Finally more Vshojo auditions it took a whole other branch to bring them back but hey its a step in the right direction maybe we can hope the MAIN branch can take a hint and slowly phase out the "nepo mentality"

That’s not enough info to go off of though. Thing with Niji is that the examples are much more extreme, and it’s not so much the case with Holo. You obviously can’t be entirely equal with all talents in an agency, but what’s there for Holo is miles less extreme. The Kronii thing could simply be management being incompetent. Your point fringes on Holo being comparable to Niji, which it isn’t as far as we know.
Considering they can openly call their management out on it without any noteworthy pushback kinda rejects the idea of a black company. Does it still need to be addressed? Of course. But if you worked in the business world it's not hard to imagine things slipping through the cracks at times Through of course managers not being properly reprimanded for their mistakes is a problem across all industries as well. However we don't exactly know their side of the story either. And while I'll personally give talents a more favored bias, it's pretty standard for both parties to be misinterpreting matters.

A permission from dev/publisher company is hard. Sometime they don't want the talents to play their game because it's getting monetize. And they don't get the money. Some games have time limit. Kronii said Elden Ring perm only valid for one month. Not the DLC btw. Some games company waited for awhile until the hype is gone. And then they give permission for free publicity. So it's not the management fault for not getting the perm or taking awhile to get the perm. But I do feel for Kronii here, she wants an explanation. At least give her that.
They also take time to respond. and sometimes your licensing inquiry ends up in a spam folder.

For clarification. The issue isnt really how long its takin, its that management hasnt explained why its takin so long for her to get her the perms/any other response in between.
Absolutely theres a number of reasons for the length of time (management is tryin to contact the publisher/owner of the material but gettin zero responses, discussions on whats allowed takin its time bein dragged ie copyright, platform, etc.), but its also is important to keep communication with talent and management in order to avoid both confusion and frustration from happening. Her bein allowed to share her grievances is a good sign that she can vent but it doesnt absolve the issues shes facin as well as whats goin on with management. Hopefully this gets resolved and this becomes a minor bump on the road instead of a large problem.

Hololive is subject to bureaucracy as any other. Even big corpos get ignored by big platforms and other publishers. Specially in the tech industry where 90% of the time you don't get a response.

I’m confused by Kronii’s case of being ignored. Kronii has spoken about trusting her manager rather much pretty recently even, so it shouldn’t be an issue of maliciousness from her manager. Unless her manager is just incompetent, she’d have to be ignored too, though I dunno if Kronii was talking about her experience through her manager, since it sounds like she was talking about a group chat (Discord) where everyone could talk and she saw other members speaking there and having their issues answered too?
Her “come on man” is very Canadian, and as a Canadian I totally relate to that feeling.
Dont wanna shill for Holo mgmt hard but depending on the games Kronii requested the perms for there could be some game devs/companies on that list that take too long to respond and depending on how they file for game perms (via Discord, dms, etc) maybe they opted to "ignore" pending perm requests rather than updating them and potentially flooding the chat group with bumped requests. Either way I think managers also need to step up and at least give her dm updates if that was the case. Maybe Justice, and the multiple events and concerts took a lot of EN's resources this time. Hopefully this wont happen again.

For kronii's case, there are a couple of possibilities:
1. Most of the games she wants to play are indie games. The devs usually don't have dedicated personnel to answer corporate emails. So the holo staff tasked to take care of perms doesn't have anything to report while waiting for the game dev to reply. And due to cultural difference, they might think there's no point for report when the dev haven't reply to them yet
2. She snapped at jp staff for yelling at her personal manager (who is a furry btw), so the jp staff might have something against her and purposefully make her last priority
Hope it's just the 1st possibility, but if it's the 2nd, she should bring it up to yagoo himself

In terms of the Kronii situation sometimes it is good to be an indie VTuber because you don't have to worry about getting perms accepted by management team of a corpo you can just simply ask the developers of the game directly. I disagree with VShojo audition is an Illusion, there is different culture between traditional agency like Hololive and western style agency like VShojo. And I think the illusion of audition applied more to Hololive
1. Hololive own the IP for Vtuber, VShojo did not.
2. Collab culture, Hololive is walled garden need perms rare collab, VShojo is more spontaneous. You will never see indie vtuber on hololive minecraft server. But in VShojo minecraft server you will see indie vtuber.
Which one is harder fighting in hololive audition with tens of thousands vtuber application vs sneaking in a collab with zen. Both has their own difficulty. If you pay attention with VShojo collab pattern compared to Hololive, Hololive is far-far more exclusive agency compared to VShojo. Meanwhile VShojo sharing all the love with indie vtuber.
And also, regarding the IP. Because Hololive is "walled garden", and VShojo have a lot of spontaneous collab. Combined with IP ownership where in VShojo talent have no need to make new avatar and can carry previous avatar. Outsiders who know nothing will always accuse with so called "Nepotism". I bet they will say the same thing if Haruka didn't get accepted and they pick other big indies that auditioned, there is some big indies that applied on VShojo audition, i dont really want to name names though.
And if people expectation is the announcement "The winner of audition is [x name]" even Hololive doesnt do that. And when VShojo do that because they didnt own the IP and let vtuber carry their identity people roll their eyes. If you check on Hololive EN recent debut and find those 5 previous identities, you will know that making new IP giving the "Illusion" that they are new.

So let me get this right hololive has management issue to which, this is I believe, Kronii's second time time saying she has had issues with management along with Kiara on her twitter live thing making a bold assertion that there is a level of favoritism for 3D lives/concerts. Similar complaints that are still being used against Niji as a means of calling them a black company yet it seems that Salvi is, and the vtuber community as a whole, giving this behavior a slap on the wrist just because its hololive. If your going to make the statement that behavior like this is something to call a company out for it should be treated the same an not pick an choose how harsh it should be considered just because one "SEEMS" better then the other.
Finally more Vshojo auditions it took a whole other branch to bring them back but hey its a step in the right direction maybe we can hope the MAIN branch can take a hint and slowly phase out the "nepo mentality"

That’s not enough info to go off of though. Thing with Niji is that the examples are much more extreme, and it’s not so much the case with Holo. You obviously can’t be entirely equal with all talents in an agency, but what’s there for Holo is miles less extreme. The Kronii thing could simply be management being incompetent. Your point fringes on Holo being comparable to Niji, which it isn’t as far as we know.
Considering they can openly call their management out on it without any noteworthy pushback kinda rejects the idea of a black company.
