@@typingcat Queen Elizabeth was crowned 70 years ago. Her husband, prince Philip, was the consort of the queen. The British royal blood was in the Queen’s veins, not in her husband. Her husband was greek royalty.
@@margueritemazzeo2904 If so, I wonder what the family name (surname) of the Queen is. Did it become that of the Greek/Denmark? If so, that would be kind of weird. Or did her husband take her surname? In Korea, there had been only three queens, and that was more than 1000 years ago in only one kingdom. Other than the three, all were male kings. If the king has no son, his nephew or some other male in the royal family became the king, so the surname was always the same throughout the entire kingdom's history, except for that one kingdom that had female queens.
Cannot help but be moved by the sight of such love and devotion of a daughter for her beloved mother. The Princess Royal is a great and dignified lady.

The Princess Royal is the best of both her parents. Her devotion and respect to them and to the Crown is admirable.
She would have been an amazing queen
And following that long drive , all I kept thinking of was she must be needing the loo desperately, I know I would have , but she never showed her own suffering..
This literally brought tears to my eyes.
Might I inquire as to the reason?

Tears well up whenever I view this clip from time to time. The Princess Royal is the heartbeat of the British monarchy.
I’m in tears, Princess Anne so deeply moving, love and respect to her mother Queen Elizabeth 🥲
To see Princess Anne curtsy to her mother was extremely touching.
HRH The Princess Royal always curtsies to kings and queens. She gave a very deep curtsy to HM The King of Spain when he visited.

Princess Royal has proved herself once again, to be a dutiful daughter to her mother, who has served our nation as our Queen for 70 years. God bless Princess Anne for her unwavering devotion. ❤💯
Hi pretty
A beautiful woman and daughter acknowledging love as a daughter and tremendous respect for her Mum, THE QUEEN
Hello Kelly ketcham
When I saw this during the broadcast, it broke my heart. No matter what people may say about Anne, she is the hardest working of the royals and she showed the love, admiration and devotion she has for her mother. Every mother should be so lucky to have a daughter that loves her and stands by her to the end.
Agreed! I believe Princess Royal Anne ought to be The Queens replacement ♥️

Anne is truly cut from the same cloth as her mother. Dignified, caring and stoic. What a responsibility to undertake whilst grieving in public. My heart breaks for her and the family. The Queen did her duty to the world and especially her family. Thank you to all the royal family for your service.💕🕊💐🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Anne has always given selflessly in her devotion to the monarch. I do believe she was the hardest working of the royals. Here you can read the pain and sadness of loss upon her face. This most touching display of love and respect for her mother brought a lump to my throat.
Really??
The Princess Royal is an extraordinary woman and The Queen would be proud to see how she has conducted herself throughout this emotional time.
Yes! I remember how brave and cool headed she was when that crazy bloke tried to.kidnap her. She wasnt having it! My heart goes out to her now.
@@paulamiles9559 The Princess Royal once commented that she was known as 'The Royal Sheepdog'.
She was always the one detailed to keep everyone together whether they be family, politicians or foreign dignitaries. Watch various videos and you can see her circling a room, gathering in the 'wallflowers' and chivviying up the stragglers. She does it so well.
How powerful a moment for The Princess Royal. It’s a bond that will never be broken.

I hope Princess Anne reads all of your comments that are so heart wrenching and sincere. She has been so loyal and devoted. I lost my 96 yr old mother this past August. I only wish I had shown her the same reverence, devotion and admiration that Princess Anne showed her mother! Maybe I did in my own way.
I have ALWAYS been impressed with Princess Anne. She has always shown her parents, the Queen and Prince Phillip, and the monarchy in general the utmost respect her entire life.
Completely right, when I was young she seemed to me too cold bit now I Love her, she ist admirable

Maybe I've heard of her before, but I forgot that she existed until today unfortunately.

It was. Can't stop crying. I completely feel her love and pain.

@@GeoffsSousChef It was told to the media it was Princess Anne and Charles. It's no doubt Princess Anne was a major comfort to The Queen during these past weeks. Princess Anne is so amazing. There really aren't any words.
When I was a whole lot younger, myself and a girl from my school were picked to present Princess Anne with a bouquet of red and white roses when she visited my city in Canada. I think I was about 8 or 9 at the time, and really didn’t know who she was. I remember her giving me and Lucy a big hug and thanking us,but that was a long time ago, probably 1971-73.
