I did something very similar so kudos! One thing I did a bit different was purchased my frame from motiongrey because of their 10 year warranty and dual bosch motors, similarly priced to what you paid on amazon too!
Tips: 1. Always wear shoes it keep from hurting yourself in case a hazard devolves. Stepping on a screw really hurts! 2. Use luck washer when possible. It will keep the screw tight for long use without need to tighten later. 3. Pick leg assembly up at middle and try not to drag it along the floor. 4. Use manual screwdriver when possible to avoid stripping the screws.

Hey chickenxsandwich! I lined up the sit stand desk base on the underside of the tabletop, drilled pilot holes first, and then used wood screws that came with the base to secure it.
