Hi aunty, I tried this yesterday by reducing the ingredients by twice. Still I managed to make 11 medium sized fish buns. And they turned to be really really perfect. Thanx a lot.
We made from this recipe and it came well nice and soft. Thank you so much for your lovely teachings. The cooking time was the only difference. We are in Australia and our oven cooked it in about 8 minutes. 200c would be enough for us. Malu pan was a favourite food we like to eat when we come to Srilanka. Now we can enjoy it here also. I am a 65 yr. old grandma. My next receipy is going to be the baked pasta one you did using fish. Will make a comment after making. We are in US in Florida.
