what is the wattage of your torch? i can only find the Eagle670 red light torch with wattage 121.5mW and i don’t know how to calculate the dosage. how far should i hold the torch from the eyes? thanks!

No, with cataract the protein in the eye lens has denatured. Comparable to egg whites becoming opaque after heating. There's no turning that back with light.
