I think Robin has a real problem with her devil fruit. If we give that devil fruit to kaido, or garb they would quite literally be the strongest man's a life by far. Hell give it to whitebeared and he smacks everyone. Also oda hanst revealed a lot about her devil fruit yet. Can these devil fruit hands use armament haki? If so, how strong is it? (Imagine whitebeared having the fruit and punching every marine admiral in the face). How much is is dependent on the users actual strenght? Imo it's one of the most op devil fruits in one piece. I mean what are you gonna do if I create 5 arms around u and smack u in the face if I have the power of a yonko? It's only due to Robin's (seemingly) weak physical ability that this fruit seems balanced. Robin even managed to fly with it and create images of her own. Imagine if kaido eat the fruit and he could create equally strong copies of him self. If these copies can also properly use his haki abilities... Then it's over. We saw how strong doflamingo double was.... And that was a string double! Also the range of the devil fruit wasn't revealed. Doflamingos devil fruit had a range of an entire island. Imagine this devil fruit (if highly trained enough) could also span an entire Ireland or even multiple ones!!! Oda hasn't revealed anything really yet and I think that is for the better. Because that fruit is disgustingly strong in theory.
How did Spandam make it into CP0? In fact, he should probably be in jail since he initiated a buster call to destroy Enies Lobby and it didn’t even kill a single Straw Hat.
Cipher Pol was the first time I actually felt scared/intrigued about a Marine fighter force, especially with Robin and Franky's respective ties to forbidden knowledge and the dangers they posed to the World Government. Water 7/Enies Lobby was where the tone of the One Piece series as a whole took a drastic, slightly more serious turn, and the covert goings-on of Kaku, Kalifa, Blueno, and Rob Lucci/Hattori are a big part of the reason(s) why. I can't wait to see individual analyses of each member, including Chief SPAM's, role in the series.
The pigeon is the best Cipher Pol member, but I wonder if he was added to the crew before they were assigned to Water 7 or only because of the assignment? Is there some backstory to Rob Luchi meeting the pigeon?

Ok, i have a Theory that Stussy is relative of Robin the daughter of his aunt. When i rewatch i saw that they're Blonde and when i look at this Girl once again i saw her eyes resemblance with Robin.
Spandam was Boss of CP5 and later CP9, however he still was getting orders from WG itself. CP0 doesn't seems to have a Boss, and they are getting orders directly from WG.

Case in point, a friend of mine who, like me, is American and thus speaks with an American accent started putting a huge amount of time into an RPG where all the characters had British accents. After about 2 weeks he started speaking with one without realizing it. Worse part is, we were in high school at the time and the accent was REALLY bad, like a hammy actor who can't do a British accent trying to force one to get a role.
