Hey Mossy, absolutely quality video mate, your best one by far, thanks ever so much for sharing your adventure with us. I’ve done all bar two of the wainwrights on the Kentmere Horseshoe, but never actually done the Horeseshoe itself. I’m missing Thornthwaite and Mardale Ill Bell. Take care pal, I’m out in the hills on Saturday with me Dad so looking forward to that as the forecast is meant to be a cracker. Take care mate 😀🥾⛰
Thanks as always for commenting Dave 👍. Kind words. I really enjoyed this one was a great route. I’m looking forward to getting out again myself this weekend. Hopefully The Coniston fells 7 more wainwrights and a camp await 🤞. Where you and your dad heading to?? Hopefully clear summit’s for all ⛰️
@@Walkingwildcampinguk Brilliant mate, Coniston is another wonderful area. Well remember last week I said we were going to do the Mell Fells? Well my Dad couldn't make it in the end which I why I changed my plans and did Illgill Head and Whin Rigg. He's 76 and can walk for miles, but he struggles with anything that has a rocky descent nowadays. So we are going to do the Little and Great Mell Fell. Park between them at Brownrigg Farm and do a kind of figure of 8, if that makes sense. Haha Have a good one mate, and will look forward to the video.
That will be good 👍 no rocks on The Mell fells so all good there. Have a great day and hopefully it stays dry n you get clear skies. I still recommend parking at the bottom and walking in n out 😂. I’ll check you route out on your channel 👍.
Thanks 🙏 and thanks you for watching and commenting 👍 means a lot. This was a brilliant camp probably the best camp site I’ve had on the channel. It’s a great walk also The greater Kentmere Horseshoe but a good challenge
Excellent video editing, every new video is more polished.
