Pressurized water solutions do not have to be expensive and overly complicated; this setup costs around $80 and an hour of your time, and gives you access to 5 gallons of pressurized water for overlanding or camping setup! NO BATTERIES NEEDED!

Nailed it! I went the more expensive route and bought the Lifesaver version. for how much they charge you would think they wouldn't leave a rounded edge along the seam. Great solution bud!

Great tutorial, however you are not putting any pressure in that tank, that is a lift pump, like a well pump. You lift the water into the chamber with the up stroke, them pump it out of that chamber with the down stroke. Pressure would mean the water would keep on flowing without the ability to shut it off and the tank would bulge at the sides from that pressure.
Exactly right. Was going to leave the same comment. Also, because you are not pressurizing the tank, you do need an air vent in whatever tank you might use. This idea is adaptable to any tank with a sturdy large lid.

does anyone have an idea like this but use a 5-gallon water for a Brio dispenser i have a spare jug that's why i am asking but i was thinking of using a water tank from a camper since it is thick plastic i could air tight plug all the holes except for a spigot to water my chickens and i could use a air compressor and pump some psi since the spigot is below t he water line i should have water leaving the spigot not the air
