My grandad had an early 70s GMT master in pepsi, always had a soft spot them but the prices are through the roof 🙁 my heart desires Rolex but can afford Seiko 😂😂
Yeah definitely, I've had my eye on the pagani design GMT master batman. I'm just slightly suspicious of the movement, it's listed as a pearl DG5833GMT and the reviews don't indicate very high quality or accuracy, do you have any experience with handling these watches? I'm close to pulling the trigger but I need an outside opinion before I commit to it. It's about time I had a gmt style watch in my collection. Keep on tickin buddy!
@@boggsmcbiggins5272 Here you go Sir The Parnis GMT is powered by the DG 3804, an ETA 2893 clone. This is my first experience with this movement. The watch is keeping good time (losing ~10 seconds a day) and the date change over is very fast. I only have two minor issues with the movement. The overall operation of the watch via the crown is a bit unrefined. The handwinding feels gritty and the time setting and hacking don’t feel as clean on other movements. The second issue is the rotor of the movement will sometimes audibly free spin.

That’s fair enough the good thing is there are so many micro brands out there now making some very cool watches at very affordable prices 👍🏻

What are the materials used in the dials and markers? Ss or ss with white gold?
