I've been having to spend a lot of my time/money on other things and have not been working on the bike. but i do have some developments on the throttle assembly i will be sharing soon.

Loved the last build turn out. I stumbled accross yours because I NEVER like how goldwing looked or sounded. But I had one literally fall into my lap via a picture on a phone and picked a 81 gl1100 up for 500 bucks. I have LOADS of questions about electrical. Mechanical I'm good with but electrical was never my strong suit.

Dude, yes they’re great bikes! If they’re taken care of they’ll last forever. The stock HP and torque to weigh is insane if you strip m down. $500 for good running GL is awesome. Ya man, look me up on Instagram and we can talk! I love talking about bikes. Ask way.
      Thanks!

I have 78' GL1000 I am working on and I would love to replace the riveted wheels, can you provide more info on wheels that would make for an easy swap?

Ya so far its been an even swap. If you buy new wheels make sure you get the axle with all the hardware attached(mainly the spacers). It'll make the swap easier.

Man I’ve been trying to find out what wheels will fit other than those ugly stock wheels, did everything fit with that wheel ?
