    Love this! I really enjoy reaching for a beat. It helps me to carry on even when my body says it wants to quit. I would love more like this!

    Hey! Uhhh I love this type of workout. As a person with a musical background, I always try to workout on the beat and sometimes that gets really hard. Therefore I loooive this!!! (And I love the entire channel. No other place gives me such welcome, authentic and happy vibes on YT;)

    Wow! This was amazing and I did it after dinner, I enjoy all standing workouts, the music and beats were totally motivating and the exercises were easy to follow. I had to watch some first due to the right coordination, but it worked very well. Thank you. 10Mins anything is ideal. 😊
