Looks and smells (lol) delicious! My main problem is bulking in a healthy way. So thank you River for sharing these recipes!
Definitely! I have found that keeping it simple helps me the most. I like to get in a rhythm of making the same thing with slight variations. Big batches of rice, potatoes, protein sources, and roasted veggies can also help. Thanks for watching!

Have you trying using a shake weight? Not to replace your workout but to maybe add in addition to it. Love your videos!!
I have not... not sure if that really fits into my training. The shake weight has been the butt of jokes for years lol... have you every used one?
