Sir, I really want to thank you for saving us. My wife caught with extra marital affair is already charging me and my family with fake Domestic Violence case just to extort money out of me and if this law would have passed, she would have definitely misused the same. You are really a big savior for people like us. Thanks a lot for your help

A very righteous man JSD sir is. Doesn't care about the madness that goes by the name of feminism, knows what he is doing is right and in best interest of men of our country. Best thing is he agrees that if his legal expertise is required to tame some draconian laws, he will step in.

There were so many arguments I had online, where practically everyone tried to shut me up and even Gaslight me to tell me that I am not a victim of rape by my ex-wife, when I can clearly remember not just 1 but at least 2 such victimizing incidents (with vague memory of more)
Last discussion, I had with presumably a woman asked me genuinely, how can a woman rape a man. I gave example of well known case of morgue attendant, who had sex with corpse of a recently dead rich man, and successfully sued his estate for child support, when she got preganant and got caught and punished for the crime. I also counter it by saying, if their primary reservation against male rape is that, men cannot have ercetion, unless they are aroused, then would they also say, if women had arousal and natural lubrication in vagina, it was not rape, even if she didn't consent.
Then there is angle of misuse, feminists bring up saying, of rape laws are made gender neutral, men will misuse it. My counter is simple - feminists claim, men and women are equal & women donot misuse the law, then I ask why would they presume men will misuse the law (if they are not misandric). Now, if marital rape is brought in as Feminists demand, then what will happen to court modified law, they say sexual intercourse on the pretext of marriage is considered rape. Will they suo motto struck it down ??
Also they say, male rape is unheard of and rare. I counter that my asking, if that is not in law books, men cannot go and complain, then how do they know it is rare. Cannot we use the same logic to say marital rape is almost non-existent and rare.
Also, there is the angle which JSD mentioned, that what about same sex relationship. Will they not punish a sexually aggressive woman partner ??

Marriage is a monogamous relationship it means sex is limited between husband and wife.
It also means husband and wife both are 100% Dependent on each other for sexual needs.
When there is 100% dependency it becomes duty for both husband and wife to satisfy each-others sexual needs.
Sex is a matrimonial duty in a monogamous marriage.
If a women want 100% Autonomy of her body then men can also exercise their bodily autonomy.
Men can buy sex from sex worker instead of getting trapped in a sexless marriage.
Men can also hire surrogate Mother Instead of having children with wife.
There is enough alternative option in the hands of men to replace wife completely.
Now unmarried women can bragging about bodily autonomy, sexual consent bla bla bla ... for their whole life.

Kudos to Arnaz for this wonderful interview with JSD.. 👏👏🙂This is the kind of intellectual and mature conversations we need, unlike drama and biases in Mainstream News.. JSD's stance against marital rape is commendable.. The final question raised by Arnaz is every Indian men's need. I was disappointed with JSD that he has no bandwidth to fight for Gender neutral laws for Indian men.

Beti Bachao - isn’t it gender specific slogan? Sukanya Samriddhi - gender specific saving scheme. Special loan interest for one gender. Govt is promoting one gender over other since decades. Constitution gives priority to one gender. Why are you surprised when such cases are filed? Such cases will come again.

The gender ratio for a healthy population should always be woman more than men. When this reversed, govt had brought the law.
Families preferring sons education more than their daughters deserves punishment as they are destroying the girls life ..,yet the govt only introduced a scheme.

Justice must be gender neutral. Also how do you determine marital rape has occurred without putting a camera in a couple's bedroom. Ridiculous laws. Sexual violence and other violence may/ does happen in sone marriages but there have to be better laws to deal with these to make justice equal for both sexes

Married Men have and are suffering every single day! Have seen my colleague's telling me his female clients is making a business out of her divorce! This is a serious issue! Fake Cases must be punishable with 3 years of minimum jail sentence!

Rape is uncontested sexual abuse. Marriage is social sanction. If marital rape is enforced, then free sexual liberties should be a crime and women should be sent to jail.
