Woah, I thought you don't want to put a lid on it, I read that dry ice can cause an explosion if it's covered...
It's not a locked lid, just a cooler. It pops open and breaths.
Before you do the steps in the video you should put ice on the bottom and leave the ziploc open so moisture can escape
they put strawberries in as an example in ziplock?gonna freeze them bad to mush when defrosted.
Do the bags with the food have to be open?
They should be closed.

You DO NOT put it on the bottom.. always on the top
How long will dry ice keep food feozen
It doesn't necessarily freeze the food to be cold. It freezes out the liquid so that when it dries, it should be dry. So, it doesn't keep it frozen. It dries it out quickly.
This is the worst video ever, everybody start reporting this. They need to know that making this video was a waste of time.
