Are you a musician collaborating on sessions with other musicians? Make sure you fill out a Split Sheet, so you establish who owns what pieces of the song when it comes time to collect royalties. Get my free split sheet template here: aristake.io/mnJ2Ic

So the focus of the company is singer/songwriters, not instrumental cues for series?

    hi, I got a question.
You said that in the day of the TV show release, there's massive feedback on the artist's iTunes for example. How is this possible If working with exclusive library makes putting music for Spotify, ITunes forbidden?
second question: you said that to this day you get royalties from PRO from your first song that got licenced in other shows. So If a music supervisor buys exclusive license, they can use that song in different shows as well?
Great interview, like really. Your channel is one of these things that are super valuable on the internet😊
    Thank you!

Awesome interview, thank you for sharing! In your conversations with sync licensing agents, have you gotten a sense of how many songs an artist should have ready to submit before contacting one of these agencies?

hey! 3-5 of your best songs is recommended. however if you’re moving on just 1 song for example, then you’ll have better chances pitching targeted at a specific need with a specific supervisor. you can learn more about this here: aristake.com/sync-highlights/

What do you do when a person throws a promo of your song in a major platform (like twitter) but sped up or changed up slightly? giving no expression of the original masters or creator. Knowing it is The music is pulled out of someone else's track. Lawyer? How do you find a music performing manager. Is that needed in sync licensing? What is gaming, sync licensing? Should the music be in wav or mp3-4 when submitting to a sync licensor? Can a songlist or catalogue be in the form of the NFT? If independent, can the Music be given the Label and the writer parts? Who pays who in the song when its with a featured artist. Like ( Im the artist and you can use my name on your beat. and we charge for our name on it...or Im the master your art can be featured in my beat Use it in your album for $$$?) Collaboration to a game developer, How does that work? Sorry The Grind Has me to these questions..... Finally, What is a "kill yourself type a music"?
