Hi.. Do we need to take anti rabbies vaccinations through out the study period?
Yes you must be pre vaccinated when you deal with stray dogs, rabies comes in 2 forms dumb and furious so many a times dumb form.goes unnoticed. So you must be vaccinated
@@thevettdiary some are saying after taking vaccination also if any dog bites we need to take another shot after bite.. Is it true? And do we need to take it every year until we continue our profession?
Yes if the dog comes to you with a history of dog bite and bites you then you will have to take post bite vaccination as well even if you are pre vaccinated. So it is important to restrain the dog properly and wear gloves before examining them. And yes annual vaccination must be taken.
