I was subscribed to your channel on my school account but after I graduated i havent seen some of your content in the last year. I went to a early college HS so i could get my associates done and go straight into my journey of being a vet. Im going to be honest i lost my motivation dueing my school years bc i was afraid of failure but i sell myself short bc i litteraly graduated with a associates in hs!!! not nany people can say they did that so my bigest regret is being afraid of failing when ive proven nyself otherwise. After seeing this vid in my fyp your videos really inspired me to want start going to veterinary school. I really hope i can finally start my dream of being a vet soon and my fear of failure doesnt hold me back as much as it did. if anyone is reading this wish me luck and i hope my gap year doesnt affect my acceptance into college 😅 (sorry if this was a long one)

Hii! 😊 Im in 7th grade and been wanting to be a veterinarian, ever since my cat died in 2019. She was very special to me and I regretted not going to the vet’s when she needed me. She got put down the day I didnt wanna go, we had to put her down since she would been suffering then and she was like pooping and it had blood on it, idk whats its called but it was all over.. Im so sad that I didnt go to the vet with her, I still cry to this day and wish i went with her and the last memory with her was when she was in a cage meowing, i remember when my gram came back without my cat and i started saying in my mind “no,no,no,no.. shes in the car, right..?” I started bawling after a couple minutes. I want to be a veterinarian to save other animals lives when they deserve another chance of life. I hope i can succeed, but im not sure. I am not productive at all and got no motivation to do anything. Right now, I have all A’s except Math, i got a C+. Which Im mad about, ive also been wanting to go to oxford even tho im from the U.S, so i think i need some type of visa card or passport to get over there, i think? But ive heard that you have to take 4 years in college to get an undergraduate degree and 4 years in vet school. Is that true? And is vet school harder than med school, or no? And any tips on how to get motivation to study?
since your still in 8th grade ( i’m assuming ) you shouldn’t be too worried about your grades, just focus on creating study habits because it’ll help a lot in highschool! Once you get into highschool, then you can start taking your grades seriously but don’t worry, grade 9 & 10 don’t count. Even though they don’t count it’s important to learn good study habits and keep your grades up so you don’t fail any classes, also if you’re a US citizen, you can apply to oxford as an international student but it’ll be really expensive.
I feel you about the hair lol! I had it as long as to where my tailbone was and cut it 7ish inches. Now its really short, and I don't like it haha it's hard to get used to.
