As a VERY old plumber (92) I can see that despite all your talking you are a VERY good plumber. I found your site this morning by accident . Greetings from Australia
You are a very good plumber. Highly skilled. I watch you from Cape May New Jersey. Working in your friends house adds stress I’m certain. I also like your sense of humor which seems to keep you grounded like your exercise routine. Keep up your good work. Joe.
I suffer from anxiety on every single job i do. I am confident in my work but you see thats where logic is thrown out the window when you have mental health issues. Conflicting thoughts with no resolution. Thank you for mentioning it it really helps
Great to hear the mental health aspect. So often these types of videos make everything look easy and wonderful, ignoring the fact that it can become very overwhelming and stressful. Great content, thanks very much 👌
always a smile when i’m watching such a pleasure to see you deal with many of my fears, so calmly, my biggest fear upstair flat cutting a pipe shut off valve seized one in the street not working water vac on iso valve open with a hose in the loo a shallow tray under the pipe to be cut, every tap in the flat on full with 3.5 bar at the main heart rate 160 but live to tell the tale.
Loved it. Haven't had to deal with a UK trades.....person for 32 years, and one doesn't always hear great things about UK, but if this is the norm, then I may risk a trip back. As they say in Germany, "Handwerk hat goldenen Boden" could be translated as "A trade in hand finds gold in every land". I am a huge supporter of good trade/craft apprenticeship systems and this year will try in some way to support a young, not well off, person who is finishing school in summer to be able to take up an apprenticeship in my very rural part of Bavaria - eg give them my old VW Golf when I get a new car in July. I'm very proud my son went down the trade route rather than university. AND you are very right about the mental health issue - important for everyone, but especially for the self-employed who literally have to be masters of all trades. Hope you enjoyed your Berlin trip.
@@Macron87 If only the reports were coming just from Germany, or indeed just from EU, but they are coming from across the globe. AND I'm as keen as anyone to ensure UK is successful, it's where my family are mainly based and where my son is employed in the home building industry.
All your videos are adey magnetic filters, I purchased BIWorld magnetic filter and it's a little different, when getting a plumber in to service the system can you get an adapter for a Bi World to fit an adey flush system
Find a job that you love doing and have a bloody good laugh on the way and you will never have to work a day in your life. Well done James, great job. So glad you didn't film the part where he ate your muffin 🤣🤣
I had seen the artisan parked up in haverhole. It aint that bad of a place friendly people. I live in Sudbury just down road but used to do iceland delivery in haverhill.
On a side note - what torch you using for the Pipe work on the towel rad and to burn off the paint on the sink feeds? (Bought some stuff from your Amazon store today to give you a little 🍺 )
Talking about G like that. you were so cut up about him when it happened. I’m glad you have got over him going now. So sad tho. That Black is horrid!! Chrome please
main thing you need to sort out is the crap over-dub distorted music quality.. sounds like a poor copy/copy/copy on a cheap 80's knockoff walkman nice guitar stuff though, can obviously knock out a few notes.. 👍
Pimped up vans are a NO - anyone I ask to sub contract that turns up in a pimped up van NEVER gets hired - It just sends the WRONG message to customers - either - these have got money to waste on stupid vans - so they are charging TOO much - or they are are idiots -a simple honest CLEAN work vans portray's - honest person just making a living that needs a van - (NOT my observation - this came from CUSTOMERS in the past )

This was a properly good video. Great segment on mental health and Lee is a top geezer.
I really appreciated the section on mental health, it is super important.

Lee is a great guy!
Love that youve spoken about mental health and taking time to look after yourself and stay balanced. So important.❤
Is Lee showing you how to drain down your electrics and change a socket next? 😂
Good man bringing up the mental health thing James.
One of the few times I've seen you so serious about something.
Good man.

Because you hear good things about Germans and Germany like all the time. Honest!
@@Macron87 I worked in Germany for some time and can say I found the German tradesmen in Germany excellent.

I just isolate both sides of the radiator, no need to drain when I did mine, great vid though
He moved the pipe under the floor though mate
🤣🤣🤣 enjoyed that.
Hope the bottom fixings were good, you've got more faith in me in those plasterboard pigtails!
Though the same, curly pigs would not last in a rental 😅
Yippee, the beast of a van is back up and running! (Or this is quite an old video )
Don't cut the grass the bee's need the weeds,
And I thought lee lived on his own, just with his ring door bell and bearded dragon😂😂
Once again, Jimmys “Shhhhcotttttttissshhhhhh” accent has me laughing out loud with his quick “Puuuubic” comment at only 90 seconds in! 😂😂😂😂
You're very watchable. Should have put the top mountings lower on the towel rail & fixed them through the tiles though!

It's like multiverse of madness, my two most watched channels coming together (not counting Mr Bundy of course.)
Where do you get those yellow hoses? Had one years ago best one I've had. They're all crap now
I find it funny how you live near me which I didn’t know till I saw you in person 😂😂
I had seen the artisan parked up in haverhole. It aint that bad of a place friendly people. I live in Sudbury just down road but used to do iceland delivery in haverhill.
What climbing centre is that? Looks descent
Don’t you have chromed pipes for surface runs in the UK?
Really enjoying your stuff, Andy CM15
Do you have strict rules regarding crossing trade boundaries such as touching each others pipes?
Sparks do the least work and have the best vans. What did we learn?
Cant believe i watched all of that 😅😅😅😅
Ok where about in Haverhill 😂😂
Tell Lee he can get some black 15mm rad pipe covers in B&Q! 😂
Do you need a license to residential plumbing in the uk? I'm a plumber from canada. Want to move to the uk
Matt black towel rail ?
If you like the video, tell your mum. Brilliant 😂😂😂

Every single minute of this video reminds me why I hate plumbing/domestic work
Well funny great entertainment James, I am ashamed to say I watch Artisan as well........soz :)

You act like you have been working on ur own to long ...... am the same. Its in insanity that keeps us sane
You should wear kneepads, trust me you'll suffer in later life. Ask me how I know
You only put alloys on a van to impress other tradesmen, feels a bit gay.
