I have found that gluten sensitivity is reduced if wheat consumed is NON GMO. When the plant is modified to increase production, the gluten (high protein) is exponentially increased to a greater, often toxic amount. Consuming non GMO foods reduce the sensitivity. This study was done several years ago. Should be able to find online

Beneficial: broth or broth based soup, herbal tea, garlic, omega 3 rich foods, 3 vitamins (n-acetyl cystine, glutathione, omega 3 fatty acid supplements). Avoid: wheat, dairy, red wine, cured foods, ..). Per the video

Taking 2 NAC caps 1 hr before bedtime, helps me greatly to dissolve and clear phlegm from my lungs and throat. NAC helps especially with wheezing and for bronchial / flu.

Most important, if anyone wants to get rid of their excess mucus is:
    Change your diet.
    Start intermittent fasting.
    Stop eating carbohydrates.
Only eat very small amount of Sourdough bread per day, lije 2 slices.
Eat a lot of REAL FOOD.
    DON'T eat any processed foods.
    STOP eating sugar.

I've been dealing with phlegm build up after eating a meal, especially a larger meal, for quite a while. Hit me recently that I don't seem to have this issue during lunch break at work. Difference with lunch is I'm up and moving and working pretty quickly after eating. Whereas with dinner I'm sitting and relaxing afterward. Could there be a connection between being mobile vs immobile after eating a meal that could cause phlegm buildup? I need to start taking a walk after dinner to see if that helps? Thanks for posting this video!

I've had a raucus loud and painful cough for nearly fifty years which l put down to an allergic reaction to dental fillings. I've never had a diagnosis from the medical/dental profession however so my fillings are still in place. They cost me about £3,000 so if l had them replaced or removed only to find they weren't the cause I'd be (!?*+!!). And anyway I'd need false teeth to which I might still be allergic.

Gee, i thought having alot of phlegm coughed up was always a positive sign for lungs, until watching this video. My understanding was due to my allergic reaction to seasonal/environmental causes making me cough alot; i do have acid reflux on second thought.... phlegm is alwas clear, no yellow (sign of infection) or red (blood) so i always felt good that phlegm just expels so easily .... maybe i need to discuss with doctor.
The photo of people coughing was excellent, like I'm coughing just like them. Anyway, glad to come across this valuable video 👍💚

I’ve had a persistent cough day and night , producing clear thick phlegm for approx 16 years, not infected. Had it thoroughly investigated for 5 years, attending a reputable Respiratory Consultant, I was told I’d have to live with it as the cause couldn’t be identified. I’ve had acid reflux most of my life, I’m now 77yrs. Initially I had the flue vaccine after which I began coughing. Every time I got the flu jab, it got worse. Now I cough and bring up phlegm every five minutes. It’s extremely annoying. Otherwise I’m very healthy. Any advice as to the cause would be appreciated.
