      Try sage tea. If you have fresh leaves or dried just steep them 2 in a mug of boiled water. Best thing for bloating. I used to add honey, as you know all herbs are best without sugar, honey. I've gotten use to the tea without sweetener. Sage tea will cure most problems with digestion.

      Lentil chickpea curry with a ton of different veg your choice either saute in oil water or stock in one oven proof pan add spices of choice stock cube if wanted plus tin tomatoes and water bring to boil put in oven till cooked , we like to add grated coconut to make creamy , sometimes blend with hand blender if eating with chips! No fish required

      Soak any bean over night I pressure cook my beans 20 mins Make a curry with tomatoes an add ur beans but add a starani... thumb size stick cinnamon when cooked nicely add your beans pls don't add to much water ..

    Excellent! Small steps equals lasting results. I do intermittent fasting. My first meal of the day is around 1:00pm. At first it was hard to change, but my body got used to it. I feel a lot better; I have more energy; and I’ve even lost some weight!

    So the "fruit" is legumes, beans. Which reminded me of a rhyme from childhood. (I'm old) "Beans beans the magical fruit. the more you eat, the more you toot. The more you toot, the better you feel. So eat beans at every meal."

      😂😂 that's funny, I am 50yrs young but never heard that. I use to eat beans w cut up hot dogs but I won't eat hot dogs knowing that it's very disgusting get scraped up off the butchers floor and given to hot dog companies and it's all different pigs n buttholes ect very unclean now I get why God n Jesus even sent the demons into the pigs that begged him to not send them back to hell but the pigs dove off a cliff!! Pork is filthy, all slaves had was leftovers from pigs😢

    I squirt apple cider vinegar diluted with water twice daily on a cotton ball. It may sting slightly but that's far better than going under the knife. At nighttime after the ACV dilution I place castor oil on the eyelid and around the eye below the bottom lashes. The castor oil needs to be in an amber GLASS bottle that's organic, hexane free and extra virgin oil.

    Does anyone know whether it is equally effective to use Listerine mouthwash to rinse mouth for 1 minute instead of oil pulling for 20 minutes? Who in the world has 20 minutes to do oil pulling in the morning which is the busiest part of the day for most people?

    8 for work, 8 for play and 8 for sleep. The problem with that is that people work 8 hr at work, need extra time for transport, work at home / chores. Where is time for play ? 😂😂😂
