HI Priya, stretch marks are very common and happens to almost everybody. Hi Anushka, skin-to-skin contact can cause inner thigh chafing. The thighs rub against each other more because there's no barrier between them. Friction from clothing or underwear can also cause chafing between the legs. Chafing can happen or worsen from: sweat, wetness, or moisture, heat and humidity, exercise, crossing your legs while sitting, having large thigh muscles, being overweight, wearing tight clothing, rough or heavy fabrics or shaving and hair removal You can use petroleum jelly to help treat and prevent thigh chafing. Cover the irritated skin and any blisters with a small amount of petroleum jelly. This helps to protect the area, and may help it heal faster. Applying powder helps keep your inner thighs dry and soothes itching. Sprinkle and gently pat on a small amount of: baby powder, arrowroot powder or cornstarch Soothe itching and cool redness with home remedies, including: aloe vera gel, oatmeal moisturizer orcold or ice pack We hope this helps but if the itching is disrupting your daily life, or if it isn’t getting better or gets worse, make an appointment with your doctor. You may need a prescription medication to treat your condition. Love n light Team Glamrs

HIi most people experience that their skin is a little darker around their pubic area and inner thighs! Here's why it happens and what you can do to reduce it safely without harming your skin! th-cam.com/video/omDlkW_hVmE/w-d-xo.html It's not a good idea to put lotion, at least not the store-bought kind. The skin of your vulva is ultra sensitive, and it's easily irritated by products with artificial additives (like fragrant soaps, body washes, and yep, moisturizers). Team Glamrs
Hi Mini, it is perfectly safe to wash your hair on any day, as many times as you like, during your period cycle. There is no scientific evidence for refraining from bathing, taking a shower or washing your hair when you are going through your menstrual cycle. In fact, taking a warm bath helps ease cramps and makes you feel better. Team Glamrs
Hi Stuti, always happy to help, we're glad you found the video helpful 😊 V Wash is a daily-use product with minerals and nutrients from essential oils. It maintains pH balance and prevents infection that can cause itchiness and irritation in the vaginal region. Hi Aishwarya, everyone’s menstrual cycle is different. Your cycle starts on the first day of your current period and ends on the first day of your next period. A woman's period usually occurs every 28 days, but normal menstrual cycles can range from 21 days to 35 days. If you aren’t experiencing any severe symptoms, you may be able to regulate things at home. Consider tracking your periods for the next two to three months to see how your timing, flow, and other symptoms compare. If things aren’t leveling out, we recommend you speak with your doctor/gynaecologist. You can also contact Dr Esha if you want to. Hi Meghna, having few menstrual periods or having periods that aren't regular are common signs of PCOS . So is having periods that last for many days or longer than is typical for a period. Your cycle should go back to normal with treatment. We hate to hear you are going through so much and suggest you take a second opinion from another gynaecologist.... one who can do a thorough check up and recommend the correct remedy/treatment. Stay strong, stay confident, stay happy, stay glamrs ❤️ Sending you much love 💖 -Team Glamrs
After the periods end... I take a bath but sometimes there is still some red discharge in my vulva for two days... Bt the discharge is not the periods bcz i am not compelled to wear even a panty it has no stains... Is it normal
Hi there, it's most likely to consist of old blood shedding from the uterus. Vaginal discharge also fluctuates in color and thickness throughout your cycle each month. Still, you should talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual discharge, especially if it's accompanied by any other symptoms. -Team Glamrs
Actually I have irregular period....I am just studied in class 10... My mother is always thinking about my future(married) life... but my doctor said that nothing serious at this time... and after USG I know that I have cyst... Can you tell me that what I will do to destroy the cyst??? 😅
@@GLAMRSTV Thank you Team Glamrs.... just 2 months ago I consult with a gynecologist.... she gives me some medicines... and now I haven't any cyst... after the next cheack up she said that I am in stress because of my board exam... so there I have irregular periods.....
Hi Harjot, your menstrual cycle ticks along as your body releases different levels of estrogen and progesterone. If something interrupts the natural flow of these hormones, your period may change dates. This includes hormonal contraception. Natural causes most likely to cause this include pregnancy, breast-feeding, and menopause. Lifestyle factors may include excessive exercise and stress. Also, having too little body fat or too much body fat may also delay or stop menstruation. Vaginal discharge changes throughout the menstrual cycle, and discharge is often white just before and after a period. We recommend that you talk to your doctor/gynaecologist who can examine you and suggest the right course of action and any lifestyle changes that can help you to have regular periods. Love n Light ❤️ Team Glamrs
Hi there, blood can offer a favorable environment for bacteria to thrive, so health care providers recommend rinsing the genital area with water at least twice a day - morning and evening - while on your period. It's also acceptable to do this more often if you feel uncomfortable. -Team Glamrs

HI Rituparna, if you've recently shaved your pubic area, razor burn may be to blame for your itching. Razor burn appears as a red rash, often with tiny bumps that can feel raw or tender. You can get razor burn if you: don't use enough lubricant, like shaving cream or soap, shave too fast, shave too often or use an old or clogged razor. Scratching increases your risk of cuts, bleeding, and infection, so please don't scratch. Avoid wearing underwear that is too tight and wear soft, natural materials to reduce friction. Using a warm, damp washcloth, you can compress the area where you have discomfort. Adding a small amount of sea salt to the water solution on the washcloth may also enhance the healing process and reduce itching. You can also check out Fuzz Off. Fuzz Off is here to put an end to strawberry legs, chicken skin and everything else on the post body hair removal menu.A herbaceous after-care cooling cream designed to address all sorts of post body hair removal skin flare ups. At the fabulously low price of Rs.245/- Fuzz Off minimises dark spots, reduces hair ingrowth, soothes inflammation, prevents razor bumps & calms aggravated skin. You can pick it up here: b.glamrs.com/3Rwocb7 P.S You can also use it as a body moisturiser everyday to gradually and effectively reduce the appearance of bumps and marks. Please do a patch test before application and do not apply inside your vagina See a doctor if your pubic area continues to itch for more than a few days or if it’s accompanied by symptoms of infection, such as fever and aches and pains. If you suspect you have scabies or any other condition that requires a prescription, make an appointment to see a doctor right away. -Team Glamrs
Hi Mahi, we are so sorry for your loss. Most people get their period 4-6 weeks after a pregnancy loss. However, it may take longer for a regular cycle to resume. Someone with irregular periods before becoming pregnant is likely to have irregular periods after a pregnancy loss. Sending you so much love and light... take care ❤️ Team Glamrs

Hi Megha, there are many possible causes for a genital rash, ranging from infections that are easily treatable to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), allergies, and autoimmune disorders. Some of the most common causes of genital rashes are infections: a fungal infection, or ringworm of the groin area. Genital herpes is a viral infection that causes skin blisters and sores in the vaginal area. We recommend you speak with your gynaecologist to suggest the best treatment for you. You can also contact Dr Esha if you want to. Her IG handle is: premaahealth instagram.com/premaahealth?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Team Glamrs

Hi there, it is not possible to have a loose vagina because vaginas are elastic and meant to stretch. Your vagina can become slightly looser with age or childbirth, but won’t necessarily be “loose.” Pelvic exercises/ Kegel exercises are a great way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. If you’re concerned about changes to your vagina, reach out to your doctor to discuss what’s bothering you. They can help ease your concerns and advise you on next steps. -Team Glamrs

Area around my inner thighs has became very dry which causes a lot of itching...what should I do?
Hi Anushka, skin-to-skin contact can cause inner thigh chafing. The thighs rub against each other more because there's no barrier between them. Friction from clothing or underwear can also cause chafing between the legs. Chafing can happen or worsen from: sweat, wetness, or moisture, heat and humidity, exercise, crossing your legs while sitting, having large thigh muscles, being overweight, wearing tight clothing, rough or heavy fabrics or shaving and hair removal
You can use petroleum jelly to help treat and prevent thigh chafing. Cover the irritated skin and any blisters with a small amount of petroleum jelly. This helps to protect the area, and may help it heal faster. Applying powder helps keep your inner thighs dry and soothes itching. Sprinkle and gently pat on a small amount of: baby powder, arrowroot powder or cornstarch
Soothe itching and cool redness with home remedies, including: aloe vera gel, oatmeal moisturizer orcold or ice pack
We hope this helps but if the itching is disrupting your daily life, or if it isn’t getting better or gets worse, make an appointment with your doctor. You may need a prescription medication to treat your condition.

Is there anything we could do to remove skin darkening.. also heard we can apply lotions down there is it true?
HIi most people experience that their skin is a little darker around their pubic area and inner thighs! Here's why it happens and what you can do to reduce it safely without harming your skin!
th-cam.com/video/omDlkW_hVmE/w-d-xo.html
It's not a good idea to put lotion, at least not the store-bought kind. The skin of your vulva is ultra sensitive, and it's easily irritated by products with artificial additives (like fragrant soaps, body washes, and yep, moisturizers).

Is it okay to wash hair during menstruation?
Hi Mini, it is perfectly safe to wash your hair on any day, as many times as you like, during your period cycle. There is no scientific evidence for refraining from bathing, taking a shower or washing your hair when you are going through your menstrual cycle. In fact, taking a warm bath helps ease cramps and makes you feel better.

I have a query..Is V Wash save to use, if using it on regular basis?
Hi Stuti, always happy to help, we're glad you found the video helpful 😊 V Wash is a daily-use product with minerals and nutrients from essential oils. It maintains pH balance and prevents infection that can cause itchiness and irritation in the vaginal region. We suggest you do a patch test to see that you are not sensitive or allergic to it.

Okk thank
maam latest i had period after 20-18 days. Please tell me if i need to take care of something?
Her IG handle is: premaahealth

Mam I have irregular periods
I have mild pcos
My doctor said that its okay nd she didn't give me any medication
Is it okay mam?
Waiting for ur reply 😊
Hi Meghna, having few menstrual periods or having periods that aren't regular are common signs of PCOS . So is having periods that last for many days or longer than is typical for a period. Your cycle should go back to normal with treatment. We hate to hear you are going through so much and suggest you take a second opinion from another gynaecologist.... one who can do a thorough check up and recommend the correct remedy/treatment.
Stay strong, stay confident, stay happy, stay glamrs ❤️
Sending you much love 💖

After the periods end... I take a bath but sometimes there is still some red discharge in my vulva for two days... Bt the discharge is not the periods bcz i am not compelled to wear even a panty it has no stains... Is it normal
Hi there, it's most likely to consist of old blood shedding from the uterus. Vaginal discharge also fluctuates in color and thickness throughout your cycle each month. Still, you should talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual discharge, especially if it's accompanied by any other symptoms.

@@GLAMRSTV Thank you Team Glamrs.... just 2 months ago I consult with a gynecologist.... she gives me some medicines... and now I haven't any cyst... after the next cheack up she said that I am in stress because of my board exam... so there I have irregular periods.....
Hlo mam my periods dates are not proper 3 nov start then 1o dec only for 3 days i am 31 years old i have white discharge problem

Hi....in our prds time we should keep ours hygiene because of infection across more on that time
Hi there, blood can offer a favorable environment for bacteria to thrive, so health care providers recommend rinsing the genital area with water at least twice a day - morning and evening - while on your period. It's also acceptable to do this more often if you feel uncomfortable.

Can shaving the vaginal/pubic area cause itching and bump in that area? How to take care of it?
You can pick it up here:
b.glamrs.com/3Rwocb7
P.S You can also use it as a body moisturiser everyday to gradually and effectively reduce the appearance of bumps and marks.
Please do a patch test before application and do not apply inside your vagina
See a doctor if your pubic area continues to itch for more than a few days or if it’s accompanied by symptoms of infection, such as fever and aches and pains. If you suspect you have scabies or any other condition that requires a prescription, make an appointment to see a doctor right away.

Hii glamrs....35 days before i had a miscarriage, when do i get my next period ?
Hi Mahi, we are so sorry for your loss. Most people get their period 4-6 weeks after a pregnancy loss. However, it may take longer for a regular cycle to resume. Someone with irregular periods before becoming pregnant is likely to have irregular periods after a pregnancy loss.
Sending you so much love and light... take care ❤️

How to treat vaginal itchiness, sores?
Hi Megha, there are many possible causes for a genital rash, ranging from infections that are easily treatable to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), allergies, and autoimmune disorders. Some of the most common causes of genital rashes are infections: a fungal infection, or ringworm of the groin area. Genital herpes is a viral infection that causes skin blisters and sores in the vaginal area.
We recommend you speak with your gynaecologist to suggest the best treatment for you. You can also contact Dr Esha if you want to. Her IG handle is: premaahealth

Tq so much Doctor mam my age 25 and I am a single but my vagina he to loose ???? How is tight vagina pl tell me
Hi there, it is not possible to have a loose vagina because vaginas are elastic and meant to stretch. Your vagina can become slightly looser with age or childbirth, but won’t necessarily be “loose.”
Pelvic exercises/ Kegel exercises are a great way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
If you’re concerned about changes to your vagina, reach out to your doctor to discuss what’s bothering you. They can help ease your concerns and advise you on next steps.
