This is purely my personal opinion- I'd rather bleed properly on my period, even if there was a Pooja or honeymoon...I'd rather not mess with nature by unnecessarily taking pills. It's high time we love our bodies and their cycles just the way they are...again this is my personal opinion for myself...everyone is free to follow their heart...very informative video though 👍
I totally agree this is not something like oh I'll take a pill this month and they'll regulate themselves the next month. You may not recover from it anytime sooner(happened with my close friend it's been 3 years almost) these pills can have unforseen long-term side effects on women's bodies so we better not mess it up just for an event

Taking medication to delay the periods is not good. You should delay the suhagraat instead or do it with the periods on, although it would be much more messy.

Omega 3 is important for nutrition. However it's better you avoid taking it as a supplement, during pregnancy to be on the safer side.. you can consume it naturally
Eat fish, specially small fish and try not to skip the oily sides of fish. It has the Omega 3 fatty acids. Supplements are just useless and over hyped.
I would suggest for omega 3 eat sardines they are highly rich in omega 3
