@@joshpatel4439 he stated in an interview on tv that he just can't be as strict with a home cook as he is with a professional chef.
They don't have the same skills nor experience, therefore he expects more from the contestants of hell's kitchen

I haven't watched this episode but I think Ramsay picked the team's for them.
Spreading them out would've fucked them worse; two bad chefs with one good one and the other pairing, consists of two good chefs and deadweight.
I wonder if the team with more people will perform poorly, as that "never" happens in this show.
In all fairness, there's been a lot of times in the show where the smaller team loses and Gordon has had to send someone from the larger team to the smaller one.
@@letcreate123 that is usually in service, not in these challenges where the three (perceived) weakest are conveniently put together to encourage disaster.

Go for the De Marco Atlas 150. that is one of the better hand crank ones on the market and the same model used in the video. If you have a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer, they sell a roller attachment along with the various pasta shape cutter rollers.

Everything is SO FAKE!!!! You take every normal moment, cut and edit it until it's worse than a soap opera. You overuse every visual and sound effects to the point where you can hear/see them 50 times per episode. I like Ramsay and I like the concept. But the editing and directing brings this down to low trash-tv territory.
I mean Gordon can carry on doing these till the end of times, he obviously makes good money, but doesn't care about quality at all (ironic). He should be shouting at directors and producers, like he shouts at kitchen staff.
What they currently put on our plate as viewers is a lukewarm tasteless mush. I wanna send it back.
