Risotto is an incredibly easy dish to make, but it’s tricky to master, that’s why risotto is always the make-or-break dish for Chef Ramsay. Because everything else on his menu is far more intricate, so if you screw up on a risotto, you don’t deserve to be there.
I've always heard Garnish and Meat are the hardest stations. Meat obviously because you have to be so careful to watch all of your temperatures. Garnish because each dish has to have several other sides and components that you have to keep track of and make. Yes, even if "reheated", you still have to MAKE it. I've also learned the apps but esp. fish station are the easiest. Cold apps you don't even have to cook, hot apps are probably harder but smaller portions. And then fish doesn't take long to cook at all. Should be the easiest station. So bullsht that garnish isn't hard, lol. You have to time EVERYTHING with the meats and other stations.

Also Josh: Immediately goes dim
Mans was about to yell the words “ Risotto ingredients”, instead of the ingredients in the Risotto. He should be thankful chef Ramsay let that slide. Lol
"With alan's fish an epic failure"
God i love this narrator
Lady: This is a mess..
Also her: *proceeds to take another bite*
To this day I still don’t know what kristen did....
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I looked it up. Apparently she was on house arrest for drunk driving at 18
Ramsay making the chefs sit down and eat their own shit must be the most embarrassing thing ever, especially when Ramsay gives them drinks.
Watching clips like these shows just how much better the first two seasons were than anything else Hell's Kitchen did
0:21 Somehow, Michael Jordan heard this and took that personal

“you’re putting too much butter”
“i didn’t put butter in it”
“you put a lot of butter”
my brain is scrambled
When God created water
Gordon: WTF!! it’s BLANDDDDD
I'd like to see how Ramsey would handle poi. It's been described as wallpaper paste or glue, if it's properly made.
"ThErE's NoT aN O u N c E oF sEasOnInG!"
ITS FUCKING RAW
"Gah. It's too fucking salty. That horrible."
Gordon cuts into the water with a knife and fork and takes a bite.
“It’s mush, there’s little bits of shit in there. No seasoning either. Has that been microwaved?”
Alcoholic risotto at 15:54...I'm sure those teenagers would have been absolutely fine with that.
In Britain would've been fine but illegal in america to give alcohol to anyone below 18 lmao
If I was working at Hell’s Kitchen, and Gordon started saying “come here u doughnut, or come here u fucking donkey” I’d die no cap
I'm happy that in our country it's illegal to say that to people.. Like. If you work or stuff it is a no go to treat people like that.. Nothing against ramsey. But yeah
4:20 “this is a mess I don’t like it” *eats another mouthful*
"This is a mess, this is not good".
*Proceeds to eat more* 4:07
It is funny, but TBF if she's a critic, she's obliged to parse the taste - that is, she's got to eat several bites just to be able to describe *why* it's a mess.
omg 2 bites how dare she make sure she tasted each flavor
They have to eat it up tho since their the critics
0:32 i respect milly for doing so
He is a gentle giant. One of my favorite participants.
12:56 that time Gordon Ramsay turned Jamaican. Man said two wellingtaannn
I've done a quick Google search because I'm not a chef and it's actually incredibly easy to make risotto
Every time I see Chad, he looks like he’s watching someone kick his puppy.
I hope one day I’m good as Gordon he’s smart with every food so ya I love this show so keep doing well Gordon
Ahh yes the infamous,
"Im definitely not gonna fail chef tonight"
*Fails chef tonight*
When done the right way, risotto is literally one of the best dishes on earth. My comfort food is a vegetarian spinach risotto with goat's cheese and Parmesan. 💚
Sounds delicious!!
1:05 The sync with him spitting the risotto lol
