i don’t think it has to do with him not wanting to get “cancelled” when he’s been known since the beginning of his tv career for being hostile and aggressive in the kitchen. that’s what got him famous. i think he’s mellowed out over the years because he honestly has nothing to prove anymore. he’s gotten his accolades and is sitting on a fortune of $220m. when you’re at his status, there’s no reason to be unnecessarily vicious. he’s basically chilling at this point.
The one steak that I found interesting was the one with cinnamon and African pepper. When I used to live in Atlanta I ate at some Ethiopian restaurants and they were good. I went to a grocery store and discovered an Ethiopian marinade and it is Delicious. I wish I could remember the name of it.

I like watching Kristen win the steak comp. The others were a bit too arrogant but she was humble and acknowledged her peers’ strengths, while the other two were only worried about their own. Ramsay has kicked people off the show before if they refuse to take responsibility for their choices. Throwing a team-mate under the bus is not something he respects in any way. Doesn't matter if it was Ralph's idea, Andrew went along with it, so they take equal blame.
