I love how you were calm , travelling is a hassle ,
I tried my best!
These people make it a hassle 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🫶🏽🫶🏽
I'm glad things finally worked out..Stay strong 💪🏾
Trudy, you being an avid traveller, you should make sure you get any documentation that will be of help to you especially of your second citizen even though it might not be useful but it's necessary for a smooth ride and transit.
Really terrible experience you had. So sorry you had to deal with that. Upgrading to business class is really insufficient compensation for your trouble. They should also offer you additional complimentary flight as well. Profiling all right!!
You are so right!
I think she is still has 3 months within which you can make a formal complaint to Quata, they will do more than an upgrade.
I'm so happy it worked out for your good. God bless you Ms. Trudy❤❤❤
I'm glad that everything went well in the end. That was a nerve wracking experience. So sorry 😔
Miss Trudy I am so sorry for the inconvenience they have put u through. Happy that they realized they made a mistake, yes they had to up grade u because they are afraid of a Law suit, happy things worked out for u. Be safe & God bless
What an inspiring and empowering experience for you and all your viewers.
This is heart breaking, sorry my dear, 🙏🙏❤❤❤
Mbona mwaangaisha mtoto wetu wa Kenya 🇰🇪, sijefurahia.
Alaa!
It’s her who didn’t do her homework well.In Ghana she’s still a foreigner so how would she be allowed to board for Ghana with a Kenyan passport.
A marriage certificate doesn’t count in boarder access matters. It’s passports and permits.
Our tears are precious, trust the Universe ❤Love you Trudy and Thanks Quartar Airline❤
Qatar Airlines was the blame for this thing.
@@beaujac311 life is a rollercoaster, everything happens for a reason, the universe works with surprises and most offen the most beautiful ones come with tears, every drop 💧 is compensated trust me, love you beautiful soul and thanks for replying.
Wow miss trudy, sorry to hear this hope it works out for the best😊
Most unfortunate experience , Trudy, But, you are an overcomer. Keep going forward. Appreciate your vision and mission. Thank you
Happy that things works out in your favour bless up
As a TH-camr who's trying to focus a lot on travelling i hear your hustle, there's always something - if not by flight attendants then immigration. Very frustrating.
But you scared me there for a sec! Alhamdulillah you're okay.
Am from Uganda Kampala i feel bad for u my neighbor please take them to court
@tibaijukashafiq3866
Yes.....My Bruddah that's what they need....😮
@@kweenuzuri9018 hahahahaha
Trudy, yu are not that special as a traveler. Married certificate , so what? Get a residence permit to regularize. The airline is following U.S. travel intl. regulations. U TH-camrs think they have diplomatic status. Keep calm otherwise u end up in jail, ok.
That was rude of you !
I enjoyed every minute of Business Class experience.
It seems that you didn't check out the Business Class Lounge at the Miami airport, you would've enjoyed that too
I guess she just wanted to get out 😂.....
As long as you're leaving the US nobody has the right to deny you from boarding, if it's a situation that you're coming in to the US it would have been a different case but your passport takes care of the Id aspect
The duty manager has a right to stop you from boarding if you don't have some extra Doc they need. It can happy anytime to anyone.
Sad.
Airlines have to pay penalties if the passengers they are carting don't have the right documents as per the destination.
Look up documents required for entering Ghana by air.
@@bettyauma349 Exactly, you can't plead ignorance. The penalties on the airlines are not cheap, they are just protecting themselves.
Her passport is Kenyan and she was going to Ghana. That was the problem.
@@fjohn8985 what right documents? She's traveling back to Ghana 🇬🇭 the airline screwed up
It is well. Everything works out for good for those who believe. Sorry yiu had to go through so much stress😢.
Thanks for enlightening us on that airline, many many people in the comment section seem to have had bad experience with them. Sorry for that gal
Trusting the process sometimes can be difficult & frustrating but I’m glad you later laughed. Welcome bk
You are right! 😌
You are a strong beautiful woman Miss Trudy that will never change! ❤🎉. The devil is a liar!! I am so sorry Miss Trudy. God is always with you no matter what.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Am glad in the end you were happy ❤❤❤❤
Trudy, God has allowed this upgrade for you. You are blessed
Not good enough. She should sue them for a bigger compensation
Speak to a Supervisor!!! Speak to a Super Supervisor!!!’ The Stress is REAL!!!! GOD BE WITH YOU SIS!!!
instead of wasting time talking to supervisors, maybe cretinous Trudy needs to read up on the documentation needed to enter Ghana first.
Miss Trudy I really respect how calm you were under such stressful circumstances. I lift my hat to you because I couldn’t. I could feel the tears dripping in my chest the way I was upset and angry. Thank God they have the decency to acknowledge their mistake and tried to fix it. 🤗🤗 🇯🇲🇺🇸
Why bring in God when is her own negligence
The way aiport is cold,it happened to me ,am telling i slept at the airport, kwa chair bana, they all ignored me,nikiwaongelesha wanapita nabaki nikijuongelesha,it happened twice flight ikaniacha mara mbili, nililia i couldn't hold myself😢
I was sad but now am happy everything worked out for you ❤❤
I am so glad things work out well , after a storm there came the corm so that was nice at the end 🙏❤️
That is really frustrating. Before another trip find out the legal requirements you need. I was stopped from going to Uk from Germany because I did not have a visa. I those a shengen visa was enough.
I am in Tennessee. I am glad you are okay.
Thank you
I was so worried about you safe journey home my dear ❤️🇹🇹
Lil Sis, I saw your tears, I wanted to comment immediately I decided to wait till the end! I get so sick and tired of how they treat us! I’m that family member who would have demanded to speak with someone! I glad to see you were put in business class for their wrong doing! I’ll leave it at that 🙏🏾
Wodemaya please work on the residency isssue. Hatutaki msichana wetu ateseke. Asante
It's a spiritual game to take your peace. Although it's hard do everything to protect your piece and there karma will manifest in front your face. Meditation is the best medication!!! God got you G!
Ghana witches will not let her have peace.
MAY GOD SEE YOU THROUGH🙇🏾♂️
Amen
Glad to see you are headed back home
Thank God
