I like the Ohio Power Bar, the knurling works great for me. Getting ready to get a Monster Lite folding rack setup for the house. Best part: I live in Columbus so I can avoid shipping costs :)
Rogue competition bars actually spin way more than ekeiko. I have a rogue Pyrros bar and an Eleiko performance weightlifting bar and the rogue spins a lot more. Some lifters feel like the rogue spins too much and you lose feel in the turn over on the snatch.
nothing about rogue is best value🤣 i got my entire gym setup (squat rack, dumbells 5-70, kettlebells 5-40, bench,300 pounds of weight plates, an olympic lifting bar, gym flooring, and a weight sled) all for a third of the price of your squat rack alone (1k vs 2,800$)
I don’t mind paying for quality. Plus I ended up getting a lot of my rogue equipment used for ~30% under the new price. Which is about the same price I’ll be able to sell it for in a few years because rogue equipment lasts and doesn’t depreciate.
@@TheMovementSystembut why does the quality of plates matter, quality of kettlebells, quality of bars, weight is weight, i understand cardio equipment and a rack, but the rest you’re just wasting money on
The fact you only need 300lbs of weight means you aren’t nearly advanced enough to be calling a high quality power bar and sturdy rack a waste ( maybe for you, but not serious lifters) Squatting 600+ on your setup would probably be very risky.
Please do strength and conditioning for volleyball, I will not stop spamming your comments until you do so. 😠(But fr pretty please man I love your stuff they're really helpful)
What is your favorite Rogue Fitness Equipment?

A true iwf bar needs to have a center knurling.

“This isn’t for us” “ this is overkill”. Not sure why you’re at rogue. Sounds like you need to go to Walmart.
