I recently discovered that hip flexor machine at my gym. It is awesome! For those who don't know, it can also be modified to exercise hip extension, adduction, and abduction.
Excellent video, thanks. Do you think the hip extension using the multi hip machine may be superior to the weighted step up for training hip extension specifically, given that the ROM is larger?
Hello, you showing the hip flexors exercises in Verkhoshansky's book and that important range of motion from angle bench , but the last two your exercises is still not the full ROM. Why ?
That's because it's for at home or with limited equipment so it's better than nothing for those that don't have a machine, cable machine, or box set up

No because I don’t think open chain won’t transfer as well as closed chain.
Thanks for this video. I have a question can I implement this exercise for 400m run or there is some other exercises for thta
Yea all of these exercises will be effective for 40m-400m sprinting. The main difference will be in what you do for your track sessions.
I just tried that long lever bridge and my right hamstring kept cramping. I feel like this might be a good one for me.
Yea that's a sign that you probably need to build strength in that position
