I love your channel. Although I stumbled on it a while ago, I never had the time to improve my editing and watch. Now that I'm focused on that, I'll always come here as I enhance my Power Director skills. FYI, I tried watching their tutorials, but they are much too fast. I cannot learn from them.

Good base for apprentice editors...Sometimes you make me want to do tutorials in French (obviously) on: How to tell stories correctly on video, the basics of editing etc...But hey, I think that finally, I prefer to edit my films and make ME happy...Maybe one day, I'll change my mind...I'll think!

It will make use of what it needs based on several factors. There may be times when it needs to use it all and there may be times when it doesn’t.

Splendorific! I didn't know that PD had a place to clean up temp files. And what has happened to the interface? It keeps changing! Where are the controls for contrast?
UI changed a month or two ago. Haven’t looked for contrast. Is it not with the rest of the adjustments on the Edit screen?

Maljek please answer a question for me.
Once I have unlinked my audio from the clip.
And removed it.
Is there a way to turn that audio back on.
Certain programs have that ability.
Does PowerDirector ?

You can unlink it and link it back but if you delete it you can’t. You’d have to bring the original clip back into the timeline.

I'd love to hear back from customer service.. I have a paid account and I've called and emailed telling them my account was deleted-I cannot login. The rep says he finds my account but needs to send it to a manger and it's been over a week! I need to work on my channel I'd really like some better customer service option. They link it a email that requires me to login to view the response which I cannot login because my account is deleted?!?!?! Someone please reach out to me!!

NO THANKs...I bought a $2000 dollar computer laptop with all the internal newest bells and whistle parts.......and Still , I have a Boat load of problems with PD 365 program....and its only a couple years old computer laptop...
I think it's ridiculous.....because I see Cell phones that edit videos, masterly, without spending thousands of dollars ....
