So good, thank you. Will always remember the RX7s coming up Pit Straight at Bathurst just pulling 4th (or 5th) as they went under the bridge across the straight. The noise was so loud, but oh so good.

No, that Black RX-3 at 0:34 and the RX-7 at 5:50 were the loudest this year.
Those 787b's and 767b's didn't go full throtlle, otherwise they whould be the loudest. :)
I feel like those two wouldn't be allowed to go full throttle, they'd probably break the noise limits

I know rotary guys love the brap, and I love rotaries but I don't like the brap is is there a reason why the braps happen and is there any way to prevent it from happening? unequal length headers maybe?
+William Su I'm not an expert, but I think they brap because of the unique Wankel engine design. All Rotor engines brap.
belgian-motorsport But they dont brap stock. The brap is very emphasized when exhaust modifications come on. Im wondering if it has any thing to do with porting or the headers or maybe just the types of exhaust systems.
+William Su stock braps too, but you cant hear it so good.
But the bigger the port the more it braps. real brapping starts when you bridgeport the engine, up to peripheral port housings(like in the 787b)
3:3 ignition misfire. Fuel mixture misfires 3 times, then combusts 3 times, misfires 3 times again, etc... The bigger the port, the more obvious it is. Exhaust gasses enter the intake port, because they are open at the same time for a fraction of time, it prevents the fuel mixture to fire. That's how I understand it.
William Su not sure but I'm positive that it braps because the rotors overlap for a little, I'm bad at explaining lol
