Part of me gets Koth's mentality. As a result of living in the *very* shielded world of Zakuul, he's probably only heard---and seen---good things about the emperor. So, everybody coming and telling him that he's done all this awful stuff is effectively only hearsay, and he's not just gonna up and believe us about him. The other part of me watched that very same emperor that Koth idolizes literally eat a whole planet. A whole planet that he had, not just a little bit before, technically ruled over. Just because he could, essentially. We can still go there, and see the ash and dust. So, f*** Koth. That, and his personality just rubs me the wrong way. Like c'mon, man, I'm not some backwater nobody. I know more, I've seen more, I've done more. All his showboating just ended up falling flat, and he kept acting like he was some big shot hero (who always does the "right thing") when he was really just the replaceable pilot for the ship. I don't think I *haven't* killed him yet.
Im surprised after helping out Lana for 5 years you’d think he would learn to trust her about the Sith Emperor especially since she knew how corrupt and evil he was she even experienced a world in chaos like Ziost.
@@ricardomarquez7730Question is how much did Lana actually told him. She was a spy, meaning she knows how to read people and get what she wants out of them. She also may have actually needed Koth's help. So if she decided that his effectivness would be diminished OR that he would leave altogether, she may have just chosen not to say anything to Koth. I love Lana, but she is big picture person who does not mind to manipulate people if it needs to be done. So, simply put, she evaluated that Koth's simping for his Emperor and helping her to get to the "Outlander" is better choice than him having teenage-level tantrums about how his Emepror is awesome instead of focusing on work. So she just smiled and nodded anytime Koth started to simp, to get the job done.
@@HanithSVK Yeah Lana even kept Koth in the dark that she used to work with Senya before she met Koth. Things were very complicated during KOTFE and KOTET. But at least our MC and Theron Shan are 2 of the people Lana trusts the most ever since Shadow of Revan.
I mean, my Warrior allowed countless civilians to die by not stopping Kaliyo. Edit: The way I feel with Koth depends on my preconcieved mindset for my characters. My jedi won't run into a situation where Koth leaves. My Smuggler would side with Koth on his anti-theft measures (he would rather see his ship destroyed than stolen again) and wouldn't let Kaliyo set off the bomb. Same goes for my trooper. My Sith are where it gets interesting. They're not the same people they were when they left Korriban. But have had their darker tendencies curbed as a result of their companions. Vette helped my warrior better himself (he was practical anyway, taking Tremmel's instruction to heart). He still makes some mistakes (including ruining a relationship with Vette by "sampling the merchandise") or not stopping Kaliyo. So he knows he messed up and understands why Koth left and stole the Gravestone. He might punch Koth when the opportunity arises, but won't hold it against him after that. From then on, he'll make every effort to make sure Koth feels welcome with the Alliance (even though he goes into self-imposed exile). I haven't decided what my inquisitor will do yet. Ashara's influence and the infighting among the Sith have given him a distaste for needless death. However, he doesn't take kindly to betrayal, even if it's due to his own actions. He just finished the story on Makeb, where he focused on preserving resources to better ensure mission success. I think it will ultimately depend on whether or not I get Ashara back before the mission with Kaliyo (and how I think his time in Carbonite will affect him). If he drives Koth off, he'll kill Koth at the first opportunity. My Bounty Hunter won't drive Koth off. My Agent will kill both Kaliyo and Koth as a calculated action.
Of course I killed him, but I find punching him funnier. Like do you know how much you have to piss a sith off for them to not kill you. Doesn’t even use the force but they just fking punch you. Idk why but it’s comical for me
To this day I still don’t know what Koth was trying to accomplish joining us. 1. He idolizes the Emperor… who we saw eat a whole PLANET. And criticizes us for hating Valkorian 2. Gets upset when you make tactical decisions that damage the Empire we are trying to liberate ourselves from. “Why didn’t you save the actress instead of the military leaders of the factions who are your allies” I hate this character!
I’m a be honest I just couldn’t kill him it’s like getting mad at a pet dog when they do something dumb you get mad for a bit then you just forgive them because they don’t know better 🤣
When I played KotFE for the first time and this came around, I was literally celebrating because this mf has given me nothing but problems after he stole the ship
Yeaaa... I knew something wrong with that guy, didn't like him the first time I saw him but he kinda grew on you for a bit. That and my PC would not want to Lana sad considering my PC proposed to her and all that.
