- I'm not here to talk smack, but I believe MK87 is wrong about the Super Cruiser. I believe the Super Cruiser with the pre order discount is a good deal, considering that you won't have to do anything to it. It isn't a "platform to build on", there is no building with the Super Cruiser, you get a complete bike. It does have some drawbacks like dealer support and aftermarket but the Super Cruiser doesn't need aftermarket support. Thanks for watching and ride safe vatos.

I have a MHP 131ci and what I've spent on the engine build can buy this new Buell super cruiser! This kid is paid to bend over so he will say whatever they tell him!
MK isn’t the smartest tool in the shed. I’ve stopped watching him because everything he reviews is…”Amazin” and he can’t articulate why it’s “amazin”. 😕

I do fine with my 75 hp shovelhead. I’d buy a Japanese sport bike if I really wanted to go fast. I like the Buell but about at 17,000.
Motorcycles in general are becoming overpriced. That's okay though because I'm taking it as a sign that I should probably get back to my roots and start exploring smaller, cheaper, more nimble bikes. Bikes like the ones that made me fall in love with motorcycles in the first place.
Guys, I love my HD. It's a 114 Fat Bob, with some tasteful mods and new tires (made a huge difference). Even IF I had a 131 it would be down on power, heavier, lesser breaks and by the time I could get the suspension and everything close to the Buell id be in it well over $30K and it wouldn't perform the same either.
Yup he traded in the RG with tons of accessories to get the tobacco fade XRT whatever they call it so he can come out of the closet and tell us that its too expensive to get when it has ALREADY the power we may want. He wasnt a Harley Davidsons fav so now hes trying to stay afloat and more importantly relevant with either going the Indian way or spewing misinformation… Imagine if he was spending HIS money and not the money from the sponsorships 🤣🤣🤣

Are you gonna compare the hp/tq and not include the hundred/hundreds of pounds weight difference between the two bikes. Also think the buell redlines at like 13k with 13ish :1 compression stock. It’s a fucking race motor.
I say if you own a harley, just throw some baffles and a new seat while you still have warranty, and when you run out, then that's when you go all out and mod tf out of it.

I have a Lowrider ST and I love it. But you iust cant argue away the horsepower and weight in the supercruiser is much better than any harley. I hope this takes off so harley picks uo there game too

Many people probably dont realize the the Buell engineering is not new. The engine is derived from the early 2000s Buell 1125r &cr. The engine has been refined on race circuits around the world and it's now 1190. It has been basically perfected. Most of Those buells are still on the road which says allot for the quality products Buell uses. Likely not gonna be many teething issues on this new machine. I want one!

True, but you also don’t have to upgrade the seat, suspension, and performance. A stage 1 on a FXLRS will set you back about $3k(parts only), so the Harley with the Harley tax will cost around $23k plus labor.
I just watched his Video. Seemed a bit emotional about the response he received. Better for him to notice his audience didn’t receive the message he intended and course correct, rather he seems to think his communication was great and numbers of people are wrong? He said himself that he had so many comments disagreeing with his opinion.
I saw his video yesterday, I believe most people had the same reaction, reason why he had to address it. I think he just missed a few things, maybe he just didn’t think it through 🤷

That's 20k + 7.5k + labor. 30k easy just for FXLRS and 131 with labor. Not including brakes and suspension which are huge components for a good ride. This is what happens when someone is paid to bark like Marvel. They lose objectiveness.

most dealers will mark the S between 20-24k. the thing about the super cruiser that I was instantly able to tell when I sat on one at Sturgis last month is there is a extremely noticeable difference in weight without a doubt the crusier is a bit lighter. Sadly though Buell didn't have any to test ride and before I would actually look deeper to buy one is I would have to be able to get test ride one to see if I would actually like it overall myself. The other thing is for me is what if anything aftermarket parts to customize the sc will there be or will we be able to possibly use aftermarket parts for the lowrider aftermarket parts may work with the sc given how much it looks like a lowrider. like hard bags, fairing changing if ya wanted, and whatever else some may want to change to make it theirs. But for the price it's actually not bad at all to know that Buell is truly American made so there is that for those looking at that aspect but overall cost isn't bad really.
Even with a giant m8 engine build, you might beat a stock super cruiser in a straight line in the quarter or something. Maybe. Outside of that nothing air cooled is gonna be able to handle the super cruiser. Theres a reason the liquid cooled bikes dont race the air cooled bikes in king of the baggers or brl. The 200 extra pounds alone is a big problem. A stripped down pan am or a built up sporty could give it a run though.
So i kinda feel compareing this to harely is a bit off. It really seems like they took their engine and put it in several platforms. Really feel like a comparison to ktm or ducati would be better sense they have liquid cooled engines. If the main harely fan base will get on the liquid cooled engine train they may be able to compare but hey i think harely is over priced anyway.
