    Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) ka traffic kaafi samasya ban chuka hai, aur aane wale dino mein yeh aur bhi kharab ho sakta hai. Yeh area rapidly develop ho raha hai, lekin infrastructure abhi bhi us speed se improve nahi ho raha hai jis hisaab se population badh rahi hai. Occupancy poori hone ke baad, yahaan ka traffic aur zyada congested ho jayega.
    Is problem ka ek major karan yeh bhi hai ki roads aur flyovers ka expansion infrastructure ke demands ke hisaab se nahi ho raha, aur public transportation options bhi abhi limited hain. Yaha ka population density Delhi-NCR ke kai areas se zyada hai, aur jab tak sahi planning aur execution nahi hogi, situation aur serious hoti jaayegi. Government ko bhi yeh dekhna padega ki traffic aur infrastructure ko kaise balance kiya jaaye taaki long-term solutions mile.

    Society no doubt . Aap ne jinko list m review kiya .bo good society hai.. but kuch rating p review karna chiye.. palm Olympia not better then exotica dream ville & ace city & arhint Arden & sttelar jeevan.... Palm Olympia stand bhi nhi krta ace city s aage..
    I think 1 no missing.. mahagun mywoods.... No doubt location week point. But society internal development & layout & mahagun branding & open space & club house
    Much more then better palm Olympia & arhint & Nirala etc..

      I also feel same for Palm olympia but Mahagun Mywood mai Almira ke liye hollow space hi nahi hai rooms mai. Fir alag se almari rakho toh space nahi bachta room mai. Architect ne badi galti kari hai😞

    Villas are spacious in sector 135, Akshardham 20 mins and closer to many schools and Jaypee hospital. There are 4 big malls also coming up near the sector . U should also cover that ..

    noida extension area of gaur city 1 and 2 have became like slums.extremely dense populated.All time traffic jam is there.this is suitable for lower middle class

      Plot hamesh sabki pahli pasand hota hai but budget jyada rakhna padta hai plot mein isliye sab log Flat hi lete hain.

      He already made video on authority plots in sector 2 or 3 of Noida extension. They are bit expensive.
