Kamal ji..Please share your thought on the floor preference one must make while choosing a project considering the future sale value. Now days, 30 story building is common. 7-8 yrs back 15th floor was considered very high and now 15th is the middle and most desirable floor. Could you please try to share few words about floor choices in any of your video. Will be most helpfull for everyone. I have choosen a 23rd floor in the 31 story building because that was the only option available. But now we daily discussed abt that and thought our decision is wrong from future prospective. Unnecessary tension in life. Please share the people opinion from your market experiance.
As people of North India will get more evolved they'll realise higer floors are not that bad. At some point the trend might even reverse like mumbai where higher floors are constlier, cause you are shielded from noise etc a bit.
I will choose higher floors, preferrably the topmost 3 floors any day, because of the view and disturbance free atmosphere

Noida seher ka asli maja ya toh sec 62 se 78 ki stretch road par hai ya phir sec 18 se 15 tak ya phir sec 18 se 60 wale flyover ke stretch par. Uske alawa se sari properties jo dikhai gayi hai sab jungloo main hai. Jahan na cheel na kauwe. Connectivity toh bhool hi jao. Abhi in propoerties ko phalne phulne main kam se kam 10 saal lagenge
