    New issue is floor parking.
    Eg. You will have to drive up and down 4 floors every time if your parking is allotted on 4th floor.

      Ppl are suffering due to parking on the streets and you are cribing about having a dedicated parking on 4th floor. Atleast your car is safe and you don't have to find a parking spot everyday

    • @pran10000
      @pran10000 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@atulpandey6500 Well it's a pro in a big city I guess.
      I have a dedicated parking on the Ground floor so floor parking seems like a nightmare to me personally.
      If I need to park for an hour and head out again it would be a big headache.

    • @atulpandey6500
      @atulpandey6500 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@pran10000 alternate to living in a high rise is living in a builder floor. Most ppl living in builder floors are facing all kind of issues related to parking so situation is a lot better even if it's on the 4th floor. Atleast no one is parking behind you or in front of your house.
      I also live in a high rise and have two dedicated parking on the ground floor itself but even if someone has it on 4th floor it's better than those cases where cars are parked in front of the house on streets or where they are parked behind each other in case of stilt parking in newer builder floors. People having atleast 300 yards floors are still better off as they get a dedicated lane but even then you need to open the gate and close it. Hardly anyone using remote controlled gates.
      Point is that parking is one of the biggest pro in a high rise compared to other options so showing it as a con is absurd

    Agree with your points, but still I would like to emphasise on one thing " Dream of buying own home due to high rents at an affordable range" is pushing everyone to stay in high rise society.
    I tried to search home/flat for almost 1 and half year and after lot of struggle I bought one with so many compromises.
    Reason I think is there is lot of Black Money invested in real state, there is concrete jungle and at first impression no one thinks to buy.. but

    Another new issue 1 family having 1 new and 1 old car but limited parking space which creates problem for others. This probblem is just seen in Ghaziabad and the same problem also exist in builder floors

    • @LivingWithShwetaGaurav

      Yes, Agree. Car Parking is one of the major common issue in the NCR region. In builder floor flats it becomes more problematic as no designated parking is allocated in most of the cases.

    There are 3 parks in gaur city and one authority park opposite gaur mall ..

    • @LivingWithShwetaGaurav
      @LivingWithShwetaGaurav  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can't say gaur city one's parks. Park has enough space to walk, run, excercise and also have big trees but these parks is just to organise events. The authority one is not operational. Also it is situated in heavy pollution point near gaur gol chakkar. Then avoid such type of parks to save your valuable lungs.

    instead of moving to a NCR area region it is better to move to a 2 tier city with less pollution and start a small business . it will be hard to leave job but it will be worth it in the long run . the expensive the city the less the savings . Buy a land in a small city instead of owning a flat is much better idea IMO

      Aapka point valid hai, especially Delhi/NCR is in seismic zone 4 which is a high risk zone for earthquakes. Authority and Builder's ka focus to profit par hai, ye hume khud decision lena hoga ki humare lie kya better hai aur humari kya priority hai.
      Please note builder floors flats are also not safe in such case, as most of them don't follow standard processes for the same reason i.e. profit 😊
