Thanks for this video. Simple and detailed
Appreciate the comment. Thanks
Nice vid! If tein super street has 16 ajustments how much do you need to go back (from fully closed) ?
Dial it down half way, depending on the car it can be a split setup for the front example 7/8. Trail and error will get you at the best setting
@@AutoBuddynz thnx. car is Evo V 400hp street car. Btw where are you based , your accent sounds like you originally from South Africa 😊 ?
@@gavn1230 Sounds like a nice ride! From NZ haha
@@AutoBuddynz Opps my bad haha 😂. Anyhoo Nice vids ..keep up the good work mate 😎.
When raising there suspension what is the minimum allowable thread required in the bottom collar?
Generally the strut lower collar should be screwed in approximately the diameter of the threaded adapter at the bare minimum. I personally like to always have it at halfway or more.
There's a hole 🕳 in thread that's near the end, if you see that, you've raised the coilover to high.
Why don't you show how to lower the coilovers? You only show how to raise it.
It's exactly the same just opposite
@@Encrypt- got emm!!
Well what Encrypt said, except you'll use the biggest collar ( the one that sits directly under the spring ) to turn clockwise.
