Did they give you a hard time over the fat and other stuff you didn't eat? I'd love to take a road trip to try that challenge. However, I feel the same way about eating unnecessary grizzle and chunks of gelatinous fat. Love your videos, so glad I found your channel years ago.

All the meat looked either over cooked or sitting around too long. That is why Franklin's Bar-B-Q is a good concept. Make everything for the day, tell customers how much you have, than when sold out, it is sold out. Everyone gets fresh food that way!
