Do you still have your Everest, did it have any issues with the car owning it?.

Hi, I sold my Everest last year. Capable vehicle, but it was already 8 yrs old and required some maintenance. I wanted to upgrade anyway, so I went with the Y62. Based on my logbook, it went for repairs 16 times in the 8 yr period of ownership. The issues were fixed under warranty for the first 5 years, but then I had to pay from my own pocket for the remaining years. Note that these issues separate to basic wear and tear items. Major issues were paintwork, window switches needed replacement twice, aircon actuator needed replacement 3 times, oil leakage repaired twice, gave up on the third time, Ad Blue heater replaced, Torque converter was on its way out.. and so on
