I have a 350 watt wind turbine generator that is designed for stationary bikes to recharge batteries. Instead, I am going to run it off of a small 12v motor via chain. The intent is to be able to run grow lights and pumps in a self contained hydroponic greenhouse for fruits & vegetables.

wind is not constant, what you should be doing is trying to make a turbine for a river or s stream next to where you want to build a house - water flows constantly down stream, unless it is frozen in the winter. If you live near a body of moving water and it doesn't freeze up in the winter (if you're living where there is a winter) then potentially you could have a constant source of electricity off the grid, free of charge, except for set up and maintenance.

Just a thought but could you make it to where there are two sets of blades spinning opposite of each other tied into a 1000:1 ratio or higher gearbox tied into large output motor generator for maximum voltage output.

in 3 phase system the voltage between any two wires is the same, and it is called the line to line voltage(VLL)
