- Manju Dosa is a small street food joint located in Santa Cruz, Mumbai serves the crispiest Rava Dosa. It was started decades ago by a man from Mysore and his legacy is carried on by a team of skilled, sweaty young men who work together to put out more than 200 dosas a day.
They have variety of dosas and uttapas which are cooked in Amul butter only and served with special coconut chutney.

Guys stop gatekeeping cooking, he's just a common man making a living out of selling what people around that area buy. If you don't like his food, don't buy. Stop hating.

Exactly. Cooking is an art form and art is subjective.
But he could wear gloves. Even if it’s not required, cross contamination is still a real problem.
Like, he had his bare hands all over the butter, wiped them on greasy cloth around his belt (which is probably touching things), then touched the spoon handle, then grabbed fistfuls of fresh ingredients that don’t get cooked all the way.
Even if he washed his hands, did he scrub under his nails? Maybe, maybe not…feeling lucky? I don’t.
(And the last time someone served me without gloves I caught a stomach sickness that required IV antibiotics, fluids, and a full week to cure)

I appreciate its not original recipe but as an English man it still looks amazing! We are so lucky in London to have a chain of restaurants called Chennai Dosa that does excellent Dosa and curries.

@@kellykwon2220 My friend I am in dallas texas however u can find masala dosage as it is called and most south Indian or vegetarian restaurant.Look for where there is concentration of indian people and market is.Simple way would be google for south Indian restaurant nearby and 3 will pop up if not 10.Enjoy, very inexpensive around $10 maybe messy and spicy for first timers.Ask the goat to make it mild and then u can modify ur taste bud with sauces or chutneys as they called liked coconut, and ginger.It is also supplemented with sambhaar as they r called typical it is like heavy vegetable and lentil soup.The shell is paper thin and inside it is rolled with potato and peas.

Nice to see this mumbai Variation.. As a tamilian, he simply killed Masala Dosai with those toppings and fillings... A plain Dosa with Sambar, Chutney or Masala Dosai is far better

Rava Dosa is not much appreciated here in Mysore. What we love the most is Mysore Masala Dosae and Green Dosa.
They are trying to capitalize and use the Mysore name as it is the Dosa Capital of India.
